Two-story home with pool, balcony, deck, grill, & central AC - snowbirds welcome

We loved the price of the home, pool, how close it was to the beach and the location in Sea Pines and able to bike to things. Would stay again here.

We loved your house and the quick access to the beach! We had a great family vacation with all our kids and grandkids! We will b back!

The house is very nice, short walk to the beach. Very private, quiet location. The bike paths were a short ride away and the house is close to the South Beach Marina. There were sufficient beach towel and pool toys for the grandkids. Some of the issues noted in previous reviews had not been corrected when we arrived. Lights throughout the home not working. Carpet extremely stained and in need of cleaning. Burner on the range not working and ice maker out of commission. We did have to call maintenance on our first day for plumbing issue in the upstairs shower and the spa needed repairs before it could be used. To their credit the repair response was quick and the issues resolved right away. There were some cleanliness issues with the outside area around the pool and the table and chairs on the main floor deck. Vacasa housekeeping’s could have been better. We ended up cleaning the outside ourselves. The house itself is beautiful but in need of more proactive maintenance and some updating.

Great location one house row from beach and one house from public beach access path. Can hear surf from the porch. Big kitchen and adjacent living area is very functional. South end of Sea Pines so biked with kids to Salty Dog a few times. Hope to come back.

Our stay at piping plover was one of those vacations that you lose track of time on. The access to the beach was unmatched. The pool was so refreshing after a long day at the beach. There was plenty of space for 10 of us and more. We had everything we needed to cook at home a few nights and then short drives or bike rides to local restaurants for the nights out. There were ample towels, blankets, pillows, pool toys for kids and adults. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Plenty of outdoor seating from the patio to the pool deck. Two driveways to park in. An outdoor shower, and two spigots for rinsing off after the pool. We have a few notes for improvements for the sake of the owners knowing and the future guests. The sink in one of the queen rooms was blocked, the kitchen faucet is really high pressure and sprays everywhere. The iron wasn’t working and one of the light bulbs is out on the dining room chandelier. The grill took a while to heat up but when we called vacassa they came quickly to look at it. Overall, nothing huge to gripe about. We had such a wonderful time in this home. It was a great family vacation and our babies first ever trip to the beach. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. We would love to make this house an annual stay!

This was a wonderful, beautiful home that fit our family perfectly! About 1 minute walk to the beach!

We loved the location near the beach, the pool and how spacious it was because we have a large family that includes three generations and we all felt very comfortable and happy in this home.

This property was in a great location, nicely, updated, and well stocked with dishes and pans in the kitchen. We are all cooks. In contacting the property manager, I was told there were no blow dryers and no cake or cookie sheets. Plenty of all.

We really enjoyed our stay at Piping Plover! The location was excellent and the house was big enough for 12 adults and 3 kids. There were beach chairs, toys and towels that we were able to take back and forth from the beach (only a minute walk away). Pool was warm and hot tub was great! Can't wait to return! The only con (and it wasn't a big deal) was that the ice maker was leaking and it caused people to slip and fall - thankfully no one was hurt. Once we realized the leak was coming from the ice maker we turned it off. I let customer service know but no one ever responded.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious, well appointed home with fantastic beach access and wonderful outdoor/pool area.
