We found this place to be comfy, quiet and convenient. If I ever needed anything - which I did a couple of times - the owner was immediately accessible with a solution.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We were able to celebrate thanksgiving with a traditional dinner here. The house accommodated everyone and suited all our needs.

The home was spacious & clean. All one level which was perfect for older guests/mobility issues. Checking in & out was beyond easy! We will stay here again next year

I didn’t want to leave. This place is so comfy and cozy while still being really modern! It’s a great home away from home! There’s so many amenities and it’s simply awesome. The beds and pillows are so comfortable!!! The host is responsive and friendly!

Our stay was great! Everything was very clean and such a smooth process with check in and out. The whole house an amenities were so relaxing for my whole family. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit out to Havasu for sure!!!

Clean house, comfy beds, very nice back yard. Tom was super responsive & communicative. The driveway is a beast but having a 3 car garage to park in is a bonus, alot of ppl leave their boats etc in the garage making it unusable.

Quiet clean updated house nice neighborhood close to Grocery stores and some food ayes close to the downtown and the lake. furnished with everything you would need from blankets to towels to dishes to silverware it's a literally like coming from your house. Both board games and for the outside. Great for families. Highly recommend

The house was very clean, great neighborhood, beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. Huge backyard with firepit made it so nice to sit outside, converse with our friends and be at peace. Very short car ride to bridge and the owner gave us great ideas where to go for dinner. He responded very quickly and we will definitely come back.
