Two-Level Home with W&D, Shared Outdoor Pool, Free High-Speed WiFi, Central AC

This house was really great for my family. We had three teenagers (17, 18, and 19 yo) who took over the second level's three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kids also loved having their own second floor covered balcony. That balcony was not mentioned in the description so it was such a great surprise. It is not screened in but is has multiple chairs and tables to relax. The first floor was my husband and I's to enjoy. The master suite is very large, with a comfortable king bed and huge ensuite bathroom. It has a front load washer and dryer. There is also a half bath inside the front door. The kitchen is a good size and has been stocked pretty well with pots/pans and utensils. I recommend adding a smaller pair of tongs, as the two sets of tongs provided are really big and more appropriate for grilling. There are plenty of dishes, plates, etc. for a group of ten. The appliances worked well. There is also a nice pantry in the kitchen which made storing all of our groceries very easy and convenient. The living area is nice and large where we could all sit together to watch television. The sleeper sofa is not super comfortable to sit on for a long period of time, but the other chairs and love seat are great. The first-floor screened balcony is super! It has a dining table and large lounge swing. We spent many hours on that swing. There are no beach toys/chairs/tent provided so bring your own. Under the house is a grill and swings. I highly recommend and we will stay here again!

The house is large and in a wonderful gated community. The beach is so close, and the community has a pool. With small grandchildren, we knew we needed a pool and a beach. The house has many items in the storage area, that made the beach experience so much easier. Two collapsible wagons, several bikes, beach toys, beach umbrellas were all items we used at the beach. There is a corn hole game to play at the house, a few card games, puzzles, and books. We really appreciated the private beach and boardwalk. It seems hard to get groceries on Dauphin Island, so we suggest purchasing groceries before you head to the island.

This was the absolute best vacation rental that we’ve ever stayed in! It was very nicely updated and finished very nicely. The space was great and had everything we could need or want for a great week at the beach. There were a couple of dining room chairs that were broken but it looked like someone had tried to fix them and we left a note on the frig for the caretakers to make them aware of it. However that was not an issue and we loved every minute of our stay there. We would absolutely rent this house again. It was upscale and fantastic. New appliances, great kitchen, excellent master suite, fantastic bedrooms and comfy mattresses! Highest recommendation possible! My very favorite vacation rental of all time, and I have stayed in quite a few of them! Great job everyone!

We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect house for vacation! Plenty of space for 6 adults, a 4 year old, 2 year old, and a 6 month old.. with room to spare! The house is in a private gated community. Great location to a beautiful beach that was in no way crowded, even over the 4th of July! The house comes very well stocked! We would definitely rent again when coming down to Dauphin Island!

Beautiful, well maintained home. The house had everything we needed. A short walk to the pool and beach. We would definitely go back.
