Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean when we got there and was pretty much just like the pictures and description. Had a few issues with the code for the keypad, but My Vacation Haven was VERY responsive and was able to get me in the house while on the phone with them. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and it felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. The golf carts are always great and were our main means of transportation during our stay. The only downside with this home being on the golf course, is that the maintenance crews are out at 6:30am using the blower and maintaining the grounds.

We are frequent visitors to Sandestin and enjoyed this property. It accommodated our group of 7-8 well. However, several issues need attention.There were an excessive number of roaches; we killed 25-30 during our 7-day stay. Pest control is necessary. The master bedroom, bunk room, and bunk bathroom doors don’t latch properly, which was problematic for our children. The upstairs king bedroom shower has a sharp tile that caused a foot injury. The couch smelled of urine and needs cleaning. The only blowdryer provided didn’t work.The 6-seater golf cart lacked a tag for reentry at the Sandestin gate, requiring us to wait for others to open the arm. Overflow parking at the pool was full one evening, and despite parking a third car in the driveway and completely off the street, we received a 100 fine. Our neighbors also received 300 in fines for parking without a warning until the third day and 100 in fines for their trash being put out after hours when trash bags remained out along the street and had yet to be picked up.While we enjoyed Sandestin and the property overall, these issues should be addressed to improve future stays.

The house was very clean and spacious and it had all of the amenities we needed. It was a great location and the golf carts were very helpful and convenient to travel back a forth to the beach. We had a wonderful summer vacation. We’ll be back !

We Had to drive in car everywhere when golf cart would have been more convenient. It created an issue when we wanted to go places due to golf cart issue. The place was dirty... walls, furniture and pillows were dirty and floor was also dirty. Turned feet black walking around inside. As much as we paid for this place it was not clean. House was nice but would have been better if it was clean. Would have been good to have a working golf cart to get around in. I spent a lot of money on this place and did not get what I paid for.

Overall, nice house. Well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms and baths. Loved having 2 golf carts. The only downside for us was being woke up every morning around 6:00am by the golf course maintenance crew or landscapers for the neighborhood.

The house had absolutely everything we needed...even a wine cooler! We rode golf carts all over Sandestin! Went to the beach (great beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids were in the garage...just loaded them on the golf cart and zipped over to the beach) we also played putt-putt beachside and road the provided bikes to Joliet Island. We had even drinks at the top of Hotel Effie and watched the sunset over the bay. This house is close to Baytowne Wharf and the Marina.. Mary Ann at the Marina Bar & Grill is always a must visit with my kids! Great vacation and memories to last a lifetime!

The kitchen and restrooms are spectacular with all the utensils and appliances you need for cooking meals. The golf carts are quick and easy to drive. The access to the beach is quick with the carts and great to carry all your beach stuff. The house has lots of beach gear in case you can't bring your own or forgot something! Plenty of room for 9 people to space out from each other or gather together in the living area!
