Stayed Feb 15, 2025Let me start by saying I would never intentionally leave a 1 star review nor have I ever!! We booked this house for a large group gathering 2.5 weeks prior to our Nashville night, they took our payment immediately and sent confirmation along with access code 2 days prior to check in. Approximately 7:30 the night before, I received an email that my reservation had been cancelled and money will be refunded with no explanation. So now we have this large group, no money bc funds could be held for up to 15 days!! The host never responded to any messages or gave a reason for cancelling! VRBO did try to accommodate us with a hotel for 8 rooms but that’s not going to work. Just know you can’t depend on this place, or the host to fulfill their responsibility or care that they ruined what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing weekend.

Stayed Oct 23, 2024It was a great place for our group to stay for the night while traveling. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and there was easy parking and a great location, well-lit at night. Would recommend.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We rented both units for our group of 18 people from 18 months old to grandparents. With the mini kitchen appliances, we felt like we were staying in a fun college home. It was cute and comfortable for us, and the host was very friendly and responsive.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023This place was a perfect stay for a bachelorette group who has groomsmen and bridesmaids! It was nice having two different condos! Very clean & about 10 min drive to downtown.
