Two Blocks to Beach and Town and ON Central Park!

Everthing was great, especially the location! We could walk everywhere. There was a nice big table for playing games at night and the kitchen was more than adequate for the breakfasts we wanted to make in the morning. I enjoyed the front porch as the weather was nice. Having tvs in each bedroom is always a plus.

This is lovely property in a great location. Great place for couples to spend a week or weekend. Right next to the park and walking distance to all the fun places in Cape Charles. Easy check in and great communication with hosts.

What a great place to bring your family! The town of Cape Charles is a friendly, laid back town, free parking with nice little shops. The beach is a wonderful place for small children to play since the water is only knee high for 100's of years out. Ou accommodations were very clean, and in a quiet spot of town and right up against the park. a tv in every bedroom and downstairs. Very comfortable. The bedrooms do get a bit hot at night since they share a split A/C unit so I suggest get a fan and put on the bed table to help keep cool. That is what we did and it made it comfortable.

Another amazing stay in Cape Charles. Amanda was available when I had some questions about Hurricane Erin being off shore and felt at ease that we would be safe. My daughter cried when we were leaving that she wanted to stay forever! The shed with the chairs and beach toys was used her again, and renting the golf cart is key! Will be back next year and the next and next!

As a senior citizen couple, the location and size of the house first caught our attention. Once we arrived we found the house is nicer than described. The Owner was quick to respond when the downstairs TV went out. Our granddaughters loved the paddle board. The shed was very well stocked with chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. We highly recommend this house.

Cape Charles is a cute town. This property is next to central park.

Know that if you rent this property, you will have close access to a beautiful, fun park; the beach; and the town center. The beds are quite comfortable and the rest of the house is adorable. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient.

Home is very conveniently located, comfortable, attractively furnished and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. House layout and location next to a lovely park with a large playground makes it ideal for families with young children.

Location is walkable to most attractions. Park next store hosted an art show while there. Lots of pleasant surprises including music at the harbor.

Great location to park your car and walk to all of the many attractions Cape Charles has to offer. It’s right beside the park, only a couple blocks to the shops and beach. We went down for the New Year’s Eve Crab Pot Drop. We walked over to enjoy the festivities and even was surprised by Brown Dog Ice Cream opening for the night! We walked to the beach and all the local retail stores and restaurants. The house was the perfect location. The owners were fantastic to communicate with although everything was so organized and ready for our arrival that we didn’t need anything really. Just enjoyed ourselves!

We had a fantastic stay at Parkside North. This was our third time in Cape Charles, so we knew we wanted to be by the park at a house with a golf cart. This home was perfect for our family of 5. The only thing we needed to pack for the beach was our towels. The home provided a shumi shade (we didn't try it), tons of toys, chairs, and a paddle board. The kitchen was stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Amanda was very quick to respond to our questions since the VRBO site was acting up. We will definitely rent again if we come back for a 4th visit.
