Stayed Jul 31, 2025Got this place for my husband and I along with 4 teens. Was perfect for us all! The village is like a 2 min walk and less than 10 min walk to the sharc. There is no ac but the property had plenty of fans for us to use and with the windows it cooled down wonderfully so it was not an issue at all. We will definitely stay here again! Hope to book it for next summer! Very cozy and we felt right at home!

Stayed Jun 26, 2025I have stayed at various vacation rental properties over the past few years and this was, by far, the best. From the time of rental to the time of check out, Vacasa's communication was excellent. I requested early check-in and they came through. The property, inside and out, is spotless. Every detail is attended to including the use of a muffin tin! What rental has a muffin tin? I took my own but didn't need to! The place is comfortably furnished, very peacefully quiet except for the train that we loved hearing. It is located a short, easy walk to the Sunriver Village making the location exceptional. The kitchen has every utensil one needs. Instructions/rules/details are displayed clearly. We will stay at this property again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house may look a little dated, but everything is in tip top shape and super comfortable. It was easy to fine everything we needed, and everything was in a sensible place. The bikes were easy to use and in good shape and combined with the SHARC passes made for a greta family vaca.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024We had an issue getting in, were not sent check in instructions, ended up having to call a 1-800 number to check in. I also sent 2 different messages asking questions during the stay and was not answered. The home is in a good location in Sunriver, but man the furnishings are old. They are well maintained, so that is good. But it could use some updating.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023Great location, fire place and layout made it feel like I was back in my parents home in the late 80's. Clean with everything we needed to enjoy the new years!
