Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located steps to the beach - Swan River and Atlantic - means there's something for everyone. We love the lazy river as the kids call it, where you can float in the current as the tide changes all day... A great family beach. Cottage is located right off Lower County Road, with easy access to all the attractions on Rte 28 and great restaurants. Clean, well stocked, with a great outdoor shower- always a must on the Cape! Looking forward to renting next year for our 6th in a row!

Reviewer Comments: Walking distance to our favorite beach - where the Swan River empties into the Atlantic...warm water, a lazy river to ride as the tides change, family friendly. A short ride to all major attractions along Rte 28, but located in a quiet community. Cottage is clean and comfortable, with nice outdoor space. Looking forward to renting this again next year for the 5th year in a row!
