Enjoy staying in one of Grayton Beach’s original homes, built in 1929 and maintained and loved by our family since 1976. The main house is a two-story frame house situated on a fenced double lot and is located about 2-1/2 blocks from the beach. Stayed Jun 14, 2025This house is exactly as advertised but what they don’t hype is the excellent location! It is one block from the fun bars and restaurants but yet it feels like it is in a quiet little neighborhood. Four large bathrooms and two awesome porches - one where you can watch all who walk by and one a little more private. If I go back to Grayton I will rent this again.

Stayed May 22, 2025We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Twisted Oaks! This cared-for home is close enough to the beach to walk back for gathering lunch for everyone and taking it back. Kitchen is great, porchES are great, little swing in the back, even a Love Shack, so everyone has a room. Hope we can keep coming to our favorite place in Grayton!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We had such a wonderful spring break week with 2 families total. Our kids loved the bunk room and the back yard with the swing! Harriet was on top of everything and gave us peace of mind going into a busy week with little ones. It is a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the fun restaurants! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We had the most marvelous time at Twisted Oaks. It is an original house in Grayton, gracefully restored to maintain the character, comfortable, and full of interesting nooks and porches. This has become our favorite home in Grayton and we've come for over 25 years. The owner was very prompt if we had any questions. Love it!

From the plank swing in the backyard to hanging out on the porches, we just enjoyed being together where everything has been thought out for you: great kitchen, many get-together areas, beautiful property; we hope we can return to Grayton Beach for our tenth year--and to Twisted Oaks!

Stayed May 27, 2023Twisted Oaks was so perfect for our family. The granddaughter adored the tree swing in the backyard, under the twisted oaks. The beach is a short walk; the kitchen is fabulous; the porches are THE BEST--where we spent home time, mostly, for Memorial Day week. Cannot say enough positive. Clean.
