In between both Red Rock Beach (900m) and Erehwon Point Beach (2km), walking distance to Cowes pier, Coles, Liquorland, Aldi, Woolworths, Phillip Island Hotel & all of the cafes, takeaways, restaurants and wine bars on Thompson Avenue.

8 mins to Amaze N' Things, 9 mins to GP track and Smiths Beach, 11 minutes to Penguin Parade

The space>Spacious kitchen with everything you need for large groups, including air fryer, coffee machine and pods, dishwasher, platters and BBQ essentials. Large upstairs living and dining space, a second living area downstairs which has second TV and comfortable Koala Brand fold-out QS Bed.

Large, fully enclosed back yard for kids and pets, as well as 2 balconies, an undercover porch area, a fire pit and gas BBQ. Double Garage is available for guests, as well as 2 parking spaces in the driveway. There is additional on-street parking.

A medium dog-crate is available if your dog requires this for sleeping. This is not mandatory to use and only provided to guests who prefer to use it.

    Stayed here with extended family as part of a family trip to Phillip island with an overseas family member. Lovely property caters for the whole family. Is suitable for both children and dogs. Host very accommodating, flexible and was available to answer any questions as they came up. Will definitely be visiting again, our stay made a very memorable trip for our family.

    We were all very comfortable at Twin Beaches Resort. The house was clean and stocked with a number of extras. I have only given 4 to location and neighbourhood as the house is on a busy thoroughfare for both road traffic and late night time revellers. Thoroughly recommend this property.

    From the moment we booked to the moment we left we loved everything about this home. Aaron is an incredible host, very accommodating and the tiny details (dog bed, bowl, colouring books, firewood all inc.) just made it such a great stay. We had 13 family members stay here for our mums 80th bday with no worries. Plenty of room and seperate spaces. The fire pit was awesome! Absolutely want to come back. Highly recommend!

    Lovely property, would definately stay again. Great view from the back deck and great backyard. Loved having a carport to drive into. Situated in a good spot, 20 minute walk from main street of Cowes and easy walk to beach. Aaron was very friendly and easy to deal with. Only downside for us all was the beds were a bit firm in all rooms.
