Great outdoor area! House is very well equipped and we spent a lovely Thanksgiving. Walking distance to Main Street (3-5 min walking to few good restaurants), 13 min walking to Marktplatz, and 23 min drive to Enchanted Rock.It worked out for us, but I want to highlight that Bedroom 2 (2 Twin Beds and 1 Queen Bed) is in fact inside the Master (1 King Bed) bedroom - rooms separated only by a sliding barn door.

This was a great house! It had a very short walk to Main, and was perfect for our group of friends. I will totally stay here again!!

Good location, close to Main Street. Spacious common area and outdoor space. I gave the property 5 stars as described, but want to mention two things for other travelers' awareness.Sleeping accomodations were a bit challenging, since the daybed with trundle is in an area the size of a closet and couldn't fit two adults comfortably. With only 2 bathrooms, we found ourselves waiting for couple of hours until everyone got ready in the morning and evening. Depending on your group's size and mix, two bathrooms may or may not be enough.

This home is the perfect place for a getaway trip to Fredericksburg! Not only is it stunning, but the location you cannot beat! We will be back!

This house is in a fantastic location! Walk to all of the shops and restaurants! The rooms are very nice and spacious. The outdoor area was really great for a large group.

This was a wonderful home/rental! It was stocked very well, it was really clean, and the proximity to everything couldn’t have been much better! We will definitely stay here again!

This property is in the PERFECT location - within walking distance of all the activity on Main St (and when you are all doing wine tasting & brewery tastings that is important)! The outdoor area was PERFECT with a hot tub, large covered patio and beautiful outdoor fireplace that was so nice to have in the cold weather! The house itself was PERFECT with beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, lots of sleeping space and very well stocked! We came to Fredericksburg to celebrate our son's 35th birthday with friends & family and the Tuscan Retreat was so PERFECT for us! We will definitely be back!!!

The property is fabulous. This is the second time we stayed here and it was just as fun this time. The house is completely decorated for Christmas and the amenities are wonderful. They had everything we needed plus! The location is PERFECT. We will definitely be back!!

The property was just as listed!!! It is a beautiful and clean home in a fabulous location. We were a group of 6 woman who take an annual trip. We had a wonderful time. We were only one block off of the main street with lots of shops, coffee places, and restaraunts.

Thank you for opening your home to us. It was a wonderful place to stay while we watch the hurricane coverage on TV hoping we would be able to come home to no damage. (All worked out for us in the end)

What you see is what you get! The pictures don't lie...beautiful house, beautifully appointed, everything you need and then some! The kitchen is extremely well stocked! Very spacious, room for everyone. The outdoor space is perfect, even a spot to play Bocce. Loved it and would most definitely return.

The Tuscan Retreat was conveniently located one block off of Main Street and close to all shopping/wineries. I need a central house for us to prep for wedding venue tasks and have family/friends of the wedding sleep/eat/relax. It was nice to have a venue with all the things available such as kitchen/pantry utensils, iron and ironing board, wifi, grill, hot tub and outdoor seating. The only thing I had to do before my guests arrived, was sweep all the leaves etc off the back patio/driveway area. I really loved the key pad access to the long driveway which kept our vehicles off the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everyone was impressed! Kim K.
