    A generally good experience. Not as good a value for money as expected - sofa and chair in living room need replacing; some of the kitchen appliances need fixing or replacing. Pool and community were great. Close to amenities and attractions.

    Very nicely maintained neighborhood. Nice walking around the property. Our villa was bright and nicely designed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable according to guests and for us We would definitely stay here again. Close to Disney and Margaritaville resort and it’s Sunset Walk restaurants and shops. Management company was great. Our only wish would be for new living room furniture as some of the cushions and springs were worn out. We spent 2 months here.

    The home itself is located in a nice gated community close to the parks and other major attractions, however, the state of the home inside was not at all acceptable. Upon arrival to the home we noticed that the floors, furniture, dishes and most importantly bed sheets were not clean. Bed sheets head stains and human hair on them. It almost looked like they were never replaced in between stays. Upon seeing this we called the property management company and they sent cleaners to replace the bed sheets. Bath towels were also dirty and we had to wash them a couple of times before using them. Glassware and silverware we also had to wash because they had stains. The sofa had a smokey smell to it and we definitely suggest that they wash it. The stools at the kitchen bar had dried food stains. The idea of renting a house was to come and relax but we ended up cleaning a lot of the mess for the first couple of days. One would expect the house to be clean upon arrival especially during Covid-19 pandemic. The house has a great potential but cleaning should be taken much more seriously.

    Wal-Mart 2.5 miles away. I 27 and US192 close by for quick routes to attractions.
