Turtle's Nest Duplex 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Had everything we needed. Quiet and very comfortable! Well equipped. Only issue was it was communicated in multiple places a large list of things that would not be provided, but were actually provided. Frustrating to take time and packing space bringing several items when it wasn't necessary. Grateful those things were provided, but please update that information.

My friend & I stayed here in early December for 3 nights and the accommodations were perfect! The house was exactly as it appeared in the ad, everything worked properly, comfy beds and a very quiet neighborhood. It rained a lot while we were there, but we still enjoyed ourselves watching movies with Red Bug pizza, delicious fried shrimp from Love Shack and relaxing in total comfort. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy to find, clean and spacious. 3 individual bedrooms.

Rented for a 3 day golf trip. Loved the house but had two minor problems. The primary bedroom shower pressure was very low. Please remove the water flow restriction. For some ants in the kitchen and reported them to management. Other than that, tge place was great. Very convenient to everything.

Had a great stay. Accommodations were great and the Island beautiful!

Clean, convenient to beach and golf. Staff is very friendly.

We initially had some toilet and sink drainage issues, but the Property Manager took care them of right away. One bike had a tire that was flat when we arrived so I bought a tube but couldn't find tools to fix it so I left the tube in laundry room. Loved the Blackstone grill. Overall, a great stay.

There were a lot of available home goods for use. But patio in bad need of cleaning. There also needs to be repair to window shade in master room and a longer curtain on the door going to the patio for privacy reasons.

Reviewer Comments: On arrival, we discovered the dish washer partially full of soiled kitchen dishes, cups, silverware, etc. ;the laundry basket was full of used bedding, towels, etc.; the floors in the kitchen and the dining area were not swept. A telephone call to Jekyll R. generated an immediate response by Keith Fenton, who appeared with a smile, an apology, and solutions to correct all defects. Keith was not only courteous, but congenial as he updated our knowledge of the rental, rental policies, the area, and other practical, as well as, useful information. The outdoor patio was congested with mostly useless bicycles (flat tires ,etc.) BUT no problem we had our own bikes with us. The above info , however did not affect our enjoyment of the property, as well as the area and the entire Jekyll Island experience --thus relationships with Jekyll Realty will remain a must for our future considerations. Again, accolades to Keith for his time and professionalism. Our entire vacation was too short, but totally worth the long 650+ miles (one way) drive.
