Beautiful home! Great location! Wonderful neighborhood!!!

I have stayed in the area for 17 years and this house was one of my favorites!

We had 9 in our party for Spring Break & the house had plenty of room for everyone. The house is stocked well for cooking in but is close enough to restaurants in Alys, Seacrest & Rosemary Beach to walk or ride bikes. Great location & home!

Perfect accommodations for 5 adults and 3 teenage boys! Clean and close to the pool and the beach! Quick prompt communication with staff when needed. Only downside was one of the bikes provided was stolen from infront of our house while we were home. Which is a bit unsettling!

The home was spacious and nicely appointed for our family of 5 adults and one 11month old. Convenient walk to the pool but the beach was across the street and getting all of our things to the beach was a headache. We had brought a tent and a wagon only to learn that neither of these are allowed. So we had go go purchase umbrellas because the beach service price was ridiculous. A word of caution— this beach is overcrowded and everyone was packed in like sardines. It was not pleasant so we only went to the beach one day and stayed at the pool the rest of the time. If you want chairs at the pool for your family, make sure you get there before 9:30 am or you will more than likely not get one. It has been a few years since we stayed on 30A but it has gotten way too crowded. We will opt to stay in less crowded areas hence forth. As far as the house, there are a few things worth mentioning. Our ice maker was not working and the property manager immediately sent someone to look at it. When he couldn’t fix it, he went and got us 2 bags of ice. The porch swing was too low and did not swing , so we were unable to enjoy that. The showers were nice with good water pressure. One thing that we all agreed on was that the home didn’t get cool enough for comfortable sleeping. The thermostat will not go lower than 68 degrees and everyone complained of getting hot at night even using the ceiling fans. Would not stay here again due to the crowds and want more convenient & closer beach access
