The modern kitchen is also a good size with all the necessary amenities for a good holiday, ranging from modern appliances, an espresso machine, and condiments. Stayed Apr 27, 2024very clean, kitchen well equipped, suited our needs being close to the bike park. great having 3 bedrooms, meant teens got their own space. only 2 min drive to town ship and the beach. Great coffee & food for breakfast few min walk to the wombat cafe. Only thing was upstairs heater not working, and no tea bags etc, I found main bed a little hard for my liking! but all in all we had a lovely stay. Thankyou

Stayed Nov 11, 2022Arthur was very kind in allowing us to delay our stay at late notice which was very much appreciated. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed with lots of kitchenware and utensils. Nice view from the deck. Would be ideal for a longer stay with family. Thanks Arthur.

Stayed Apr 2, 2021Place is very adequate size for 6 adults. A very pleasant 23 mins walk to Dromana Pier for viewing sunset and only a 5 min drive. Close to Arthur Seat and Red Hill market. House is very clean and plenty of utensils. All amenities provided. We enjoyed our stay and neighbourhood is very quiet. Arthur is very responsive to queries. Thanks.
