Stayed Feb 1, 2024The townhouse is well equipped, clean, and comfortable, with a charming patio for morning sun. The surrounding landscape is spectacular, and the neighborhood is private and quiet. Karen (owner) is very responsive. I had an excellent experience.

Stayed Feb 1, 2023The condo is situated in N Tucson in a lovely area. We had some questions for property owner during our stay. She was immediately available & happy to resolve some issues. We had never spent time in Tucson but were truly surprised as to how many excursions are available for minimal or no cost. The bicycle trails along the dry river (though had a bit a water) were fantastic. We really liked that walkers could use a separate dirt path if desired along the same trail. We spent the entire month of February at this condo to get away from the PNW gloomy weather, & missed the biggest snow storm in over 30 yrs. Therefore, we wished Tucson had a bit warmer temps, but most days in the 50’s we had sun. You might think you don’t need two bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms were nice to have for the month utilizing the separate area for our laptop/office. Thanks Karen, for your helpfulness.

Stayed Jul 31, 2022The place is beautiful and in a cute and quiet neighborhood. Place is feels much bigger than what the photos portray. Stayed there as I broke my leg and I couldn’t go to my second story apartment. Very accessible for mobility. Also has a walk in shower in the guest bath. The place has gorgeous windows and gorgeous views. Even though it’s a town house we couldn’t hear anyone. Very quiet. My wife and I definitely recommend this place.

Stayed Jun 15, 2022We stayed here while prepping our house nearby to move. We love the area—very quiet and pretty. The place had everything we needed to be comfortable—laundry, full kitchen, comfy beds. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 13, 2021Great location, close to The Loop bike trail. The patio is very inviting and lovely to sit out there. Very light inside. Laundry soap, dish soap and coffee, and toiletries were a welcome surprise
