Tucson Foothills Oasis Near Hiking Trails!

I great townhouse in a quiet neighborhood in the foothills.

Very nice unit that was well equiped with extra blankets and towels, baby pack'play (with sheets) and highchair, some games and books, and kitchen basics. It had great view of the very nearby mountains from the back patio and was in a very pretty windy street neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive to my questions.

The space is very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

We were happy was just about everything. Our main complaint: We would have appreciated comfortable chairs at the kitchen table. The location was very close to my daughter’s house and we were out with family most of the time. When we were there, we were comfortable and happy with the property.

A very nice townhouse in a great location for our visit with family in the area. One small glitch with the door lock combo that was fixed in a few minutes (wrong code was programmed) and we had a plumbing problem that got resolved quickly…overall a great experience.

The property was perfect for a few days in Tucson. Conveniently located and in a safe neighborhood with a hiking trail in the backyard. Host communication was great and check-in/check-out was seamless. The property had everything we needed (e.g. coffee, soap, detergent, extra blankets) and added bonus of a fully fenced in and private backyard. Would definitely book again!

We stayed a week to see family. Loved the easy entry access. Unit had everything we needed.A bit pricey though. Our previous stay in a Downtown San Diego highrise cost the same. Seems a little out of whack.

Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with room to roam. The space is used up mostly by bedrooms, making the bathrooms very small. Having access to the garage is a nice addition as most don’t allow you to use them. The backyard is small but private with a nice view of the mountains.Cleanliness was very much lacking and for the high additional cost that is added for cleaning, we were very disappointed. Upon entering the front door, there was yard debris that had accumulated over time all over the stoop. It appeared that a critter was squashed and not cleaned up right in front of the door. I found a used contact on the bedroom floor, hairs stuck to the wall in the master bathroom, and lots of dust and crumbs under the couch’s. We used a paper towel to wipe up some water, and the towel was black afterwards.There was a dog poop left under the table in the backyard, and heavy accumulation of leaves etc. that hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while.Bathrooms were mostly clean, however it appeared that some mold was present around the edges of the tub that had just been caulked over.

In Tucson to spend time with family in from out of state. House worked great to operate out of and relax in in the evenings. Quiet neighborhood with close hiking trails.

I really appreciated the quiet neighborhood. The extra towels, blankets, pillows and cooking oils/staples were so very thoughtfuland appreciated. That made our stay so pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay! This home had everything we needed plus some (the extra baby dishes and silverware were a perfect addition). The home was clean and very comfortable, I felt like I was at home the entire time! The neighborhood was so beautiful and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again!

We always enjoy staying in this group of townhouses. In the Catalina Foothills. The kitchen’s are for cooking and the outside areas are always phenomenal. The check in and our process was flawless, it’s in the most beautiful area of Tucson & close to grocery & restaurants.
