This property is in a great location, close to shops in Montclair. Easy to walk to coffee and other restaurants. The house is set back from the street and quiet. The interior is all newly remodeled and rooms have plenty of space. The kitchen has everything needed and the bathrooms were great. The parking was easy with space for 2-3 cars. The only quirks are the heating units are a little noisy because they are the freestanding floor type (not central) and the wood floors need to be redone. This property did not have any reviews on vrbo, but there were some on another site so I was concerned at first about the booking. The host was great, but we did not receive any check-in instructions until I messaged them multiple times. Once there everything was clean and tons of extras like toothbrushes were set up, very professional.
