Stayed Apr 25, 2025Host and property were amazing! Wonderful location in the middle of everything. Rooftop deck is a great place to watch the sunset. We had a blast just sitting on the balcony.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025Perfect place for our weekend stay. So easy to walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants, and Watercolor for a wedding we were attending. Made getting around easy with our 2 and a half year old granddaughter. The large porch is such a plus! We will definitely stay again!

Stayed Mar 23, 2025The renter was super easy to communicate with and always very responsive! The apartment was the perfect location, very clean, and family friendly. We definitely hope to stay again! The balcony is absolutely gorgeous with the most amazing swing bed!!! It was a fabulous place to rent!!!

Stayed Jul 22, 2024This place was perfect for a getaway with my husband and our 1 year old son! The location made it easy to walk everywhere, the patio was wonderful for lounging after my baby's early bed time and the layout was great. The apartment is over a busy pedestrian street but you cant hear a peep inside! The second bed room was perfect for my son, dark and quiet. The kitchen had everything we would have needed but cook but since we were a short walk to the market and restaurants we never did! Bert was helpful and communicative our entire stay. High recommend this property!

Stayed Jul 27, 2023This cute place is even better than the pictures. Fun, artsy, urban environment in the heart of lovely Seaside. Loved the bedding, artwork, patio, convenience, etc. Bert was incredibly helpful and communicative. We had no problems with our arrival, settling in, etc. Highly recommend if you like to be in the heart of things. Our young teens loved being able to go grab coffee, food, ice cream and walk to the beach on their own and the location gave us more comfort with their being out and about. Loved the teen curfew in town too!
