True private Beachfront with pool, Pet friendly #1 SPOT in Cocoa Beach!

We had such a great stay! The property was just as described and even more breathtaking in person. Our host, Vanessa made sure to reach out about anything we may have needed, offered recommendations, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to be right on the beach yet still have their own privacy.

Everything was wonderful and as stated in the description. The place was clean and inviting. Vanessa was an awesome host and we will quite likely go back again. Great beach, great views of a couple of rocket launches. We were very pleased.

We stayed at this location after a busy week at Disney world. This was the perfect place for our family to unwind after a busy week. A pool my son absolutely LOVED swimming in and the beach just steps away for building a sand castle. We also got lucky and were able to see a midnight space x launch, so cool. This home exceeded ALL of our expectations and the hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Anyone looking to stay in cocoa beach, this is the place to stay! It was the perfect place to end our vacation.

Our stay was exceptional! The property exceeded our expectations and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our furry baby had an absolute blast!This has been one of the best experiences we have had at any of the properties we have stayed at! I would highly recommend making this part of your trip. This was the best choice ever for a rental. Vanessa the host and her husband were outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible. They were super accommodating. The access directly to the beach was fantastic. Everything you can imagine for the beach was available. Tents, coolers, kids toys, surf boards, boogie boards. You name it , it was there. Pool was delightful and so was the rental. Anything you need, all you have to do is ask and she is more than accommodating in assisting you. Great for families. Our family loved every second. Will be returning for another stay soon

We had a wonderful stay! Private pool, direct beach access, cozy rooms, clean and everything you need to make vacation easy. The property is in with a strip of homes so no large condo or hotels to make the beach crowded. Literally felt like a private beach. We will be back!

The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. From the welcome text, to making us a fire to telling us about the rocket launch. The home had everything we needed including pool towels, sports equipment and toiletries. The home and private pool was perfect for our family of five and we can’t wait to go back some day soon.

This was such a cute guest house and thoughtfully appointed. We had use of the central pool / lounging area and the fire pits. Proximity to the beach was amazing! There were many shared amenities which made it easy to stay here even though we flew in, such as beach towels, toys, beach chairs/bag/wagon. The beach was not crowded and was very clean - boys loved being able to use the boogie boards. Our host was friendly and gracious and had truly thought of everything.

Our host and hostess were very welcoming and attentive. The location is amazing with the ocean a few steps away. Bonfires in the evening on the veranda, looking at and hearing the ocean! Lovely place!!
