Tropical Treasure Villa - Large Swim Spa

Fairly good overall. Had a largeCockroach and a few other small bugs during our stay. Lower Baseboards on the walls in 1/2 bath and laundry room wereMissing for some reason. Overall it was a good stay.

This rental had everything our extended family could ask for - large luxury sofas and stainless steel appliances, very clean and neat, gaming machines for the kids and even more gaming options in the garage, along with a swim spa that was used daily. The property is just across the street from the ocean so a quick walk over was very doable. The three stories involved lots of stairs but my kids loved it. The WiFi wasn’t working at first but after a quick text to the owner we heard back immediately and the issue was resolved. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly and the master shower had low water pressure but everything else was in perfect working condition. I would absolutely stay at this location again in the future. This was far and away the best beach rental we have ever used!

The home great - I definitely recommend to those considering staying here!

Very nice. Lots of stairs so you need to block those with young kids, and the elevator doesn't work so someone who can't easily climb one to two sets of steep stairs would be better of elsewhere, but it worked okay for us. Rent a wagon for the short beach trip if you are renting umbrellas or such. And avoid anything they might call a tent (even an awning) on the beach closest to the house, as they did a rare thing and made us take it down. Just on that beach/in the city.

We had a great stay and the house was perfect. The location was perfect with the crosswalk and beach access right there. The outside patio was perfect for the evenings with the outdoor tv for music videos. I wish all the jets worked on the swim spa, but they are getting that fixed. If we ever go back we will stay there again.

Our son and now daughter in law were married on the beach and we ad 13 family members in backyard and for dinner. House was great and very easy for me to use in wheelchair. Great hosts!

The management company and the people I dealt with were all very responsive and professional! The only drawback was the beach access across the street being closed due to the hurricane which was no ones fault.

Games, beach items, a huge hot tub and a very nice private outdoor eating area. Lots of room on the inside for our party of 10. Master bedroom and bath was large and very nice. The walk to the beautiful beach was a short 3 minutes or so. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants very close by. The property management company was very easy to work with and very helpful. If there was a negative at all, it would be not enough wash cloths and towels for a party of ten but there were plenty of beach towels to use. We loved the home and area and will definitely come back!

This was our second time staying here. The house is clean, is well equipped for people of all ages, and is conveniently located. We look forward to our stay next year!
