One-of-a-kind tropical tiny house in Tampa walking distance from restaurants, bars& Park! Newly renovated, an outdoor gazebo with hot tub & grill shared with other guest. 30 minutes from beaches, Busch Gardens and 7 minutes from downtown!!

This Tiny house is perfect for a vacation getaway or discounted longer rental. If you are traveling with friends but want privacy, rent the tiny house while they rent the larger front house (You can find the listing by viewing our profile page).
The space
This tiny house (6 ft. x 20 ft) was designed to maximize space for dual purposes without compromising luxury!
The memory foam bed is full sized. You will love the fold up dinette table that can also be used as a desk if you are working remotely and when not in use, it easily folds down.
You will savor the modern designed mini kitchen, equipped with a small refrigerator, freezer, microwave, double portable cooktop, slow cooker, confectioner oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, silverware, cooking utensils and other kitchen accessories.
Our guests' favorite perk about this private house is the fenced backyard gazebo with chairs, a table and draped lights for night time enjoyment, shared with 2 guests on property.**Please understand this is truly a TINY house, but as small as it is, it has everything you need. The interior is approximately 20 feet long by 6 feet wide. **Pictures show the sofa bed BOTH as a sofa and how it will be made as a bed when you arrive. There is ONLY one sofa bed, not a bed and a sofa, just to be clear!! There is a small closet/shelving space in the bathroom corner, with room to hang 5 to 10 items. The private gazebo is approximately 8 feet by 10 feet.
Guest access
One off street parking space is provided. (see listing photo for visual parking details) The tiny house is gated, providing privacy, along with shared outdoor laundry
facilities. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of $75.
Other things to note
This is an authentic tiny house approximately 20 feet long by 6 feet wide. The full sofa bed is standard: 54 x 72. This can sleep 2 adults. If you are a large or tall adult, this may not be comfortable. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

I (f) stayed with my daughter for 3 nights and it was perfect. Cute, clean, safe. VRBO directions for entry and parking were initially incorrect but hosts sent clear, prompt messages that cleared up the minor confusion. They were great to work with. It is very small (as they make clear) but it worked very well for us. We did not use the jacuzzi but it seemed as described. About 7 minutes from the Tampa Convention Center.

Myself and my partner stayed here for several nights while we attended this year’s Comic Con (the property was conveniently very close to the convention center as well, about 9 minutes with heavy traffic!)This property was lovely to stay at, and the hosts were so kind and communicative the entire time. The little house itself was adorable and appeared freshly clean. While there is a limited amount of space of course since it’s a very tiny house, the space was allocated well and we never felt super cramped. The hot tub area was a great addition and looked very clean and well-maintained as well. The setup with the fairy lights was so gorgeous, and the host even included some bug candles and bracelets by the tub to combat the outdoor pests allowing us to relax without being bitten up. If you enjoy staying in unique properties like we do, I highly recommend this amazing little house :)

This oasis was perfect for my partner and me to escape the mundane day-to-day. We enjoyed the bodega tacos, the hot tub, and the local city. I highly recommend staying in this cute tiny home.

The property owner was very communicative and kind. But we had multiple roaches during our stay. I shared photos and my disgust, and the owner just laughed it off and said he would give me a discount on his 5k per month property if I ever come back to tampa. As a business owner, if my customer has any issues, I resolve it on that job, not a potential future job. I am not impressed with that aspect of the owner. Either way. The property is overgrown right by the tiny house front door, and big pokey bushes will stab you as you go to the hot tub.

The unit was really really small as was as advertised but when you have 2 people and 3 pcs of luggage it’s really small. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no trash can and there needs to be a few more pieces of dishes and silverware. It was difficult to park the car in the front yard due to a tree in the middle of it. The light bulb was flickering and one of the detectors was like a strobe light. I really don’t want to give it a bad review but it definitely needs a few improvements.
