Enjoy all that beautiful Sarasota has to offer while staying at Tropical Shores Retreat. It is located in a waterfront community with a private kayak launch and fishing dock down the street. The home has central AC and comes with all utensils including pots, pans, dishes, towels, and linens. A private fishing charter or eco-tour can be included for an extra fee with Sarasota Outfitters/Captain Action Charters for those whoreally want the ultimate fishing or boating experience!

Location, Location, Location! The home is located “West of Trail” and 1 mile from Westfield Mall area where numerous restaurants, movie theaters and shops are located. Do you like to play golf There are over 30 Championship golf courses In Sarasota! The Legacy Trail is in very close proximity and offers more than 20 miles of scenic biking trails. The Aquatic Center is nearby with exercise equipment, Olympic size pools, saunas, whirlpools, tennis courts etc. It is a quick 5-mile drive to “The 2nd Best Beach in the world” Siesta Key. Downtown Sarasota with all the cultural venues such as the Ringling Museum, Oslo Theater, Van Wezel Performing Arts the Purple Cow, Marina Jacks, Selby Gardens, Golden Apple Dinner Theater, The Players, golf courses, galleries and shops, including world famous St. Armand’s Circle is just 10-15 miles.

The master bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. It has an en-suite private bath with shower and granite topped vanity. A sitting area is adjacent to the Master Suite. There is one other sleeping area with a queen pull down Murphy bed in an adjacent space to the family room. There is a wet bar in the family room and a garage with opener.

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, and free WIFI. A fully equipped kitchen. Flat Screen TV's in Living room and Master Bedroom and a TV in the private family room area. A beautiful outdoor kitchen with built in grill, and sink on the patio is a great spot to enjoy the wonderful Florida weather. An outdoor shower is on the patio as well.

Additional amenities include boogie boards, and beach chairs.

All Linens Provided. Smoking is not permitted. Maximum 4 people.

The homes have central AC and come with all utensils including pots, pans, dishes, towels, wifi and flat screen televisions.
