Tropical paradise near the beach with enclosed private pool & lanai

Would not stay here again. I stayed in May and in June. (I couldn’t cancel June since it was past the window). When I stayed in May I informed the company that there was an issue with the master bathroom toilet. It would almost empty of water in between uses. So when you flush the toilet burps and sends the water that is in there onto the seat, floor and your legs. I let them know and they told me the local team was working on it. I asked a second time and was again told they were workin on it. A week before I was to stay again I asked and they said it was fixed. I get there in June and the toilet is still not fixed. I contacted them. The said they would send out a plumber. They called me later that day and said the plumber and owner said there is nothing wrong with it and I should just close the toilet lid when I flush. That is NOT a solution. It obviously has a leak since the water drains almost all the way out in between uses. So to be dismissed and just shut the lid was unacceptable. When you shut the lid and flush then it just splashes the toilet water all onto the lid and when you open it the water drips onto the seat. So NO it doesn’t work properly.Also didn’t like that this house is on a main road and it is hard to back out onto the road in the mornings.Another issue is in the master they have three walls of hanging plastic blinds. So when you use the fan the blinds make a lot of noise. The bed is hard as a rock.

It was quiet and peaceful in the backyard. The house is exactly as advertised and set up well for cooking and relaxing.

Owners obviously take care to have a very clean, comfortable experience. Loved the pool, but sorry I didnt scroll down far enough on 1 VACASA message that said that 3 days prior to arrival, request pool heater be turned on. I had planned on on lot of water walking, but guess this is on me. One recommendation about Master BR bed-It was an uncomfortable mattress and wasnt too steady on its feet, so I slept in other room. Just an FYI, not complaining about this gorgeous setting. Also was spooked by the overly concerned neighbor who had access to the place & entered 1 evening looking for vandals. I had to guess he was a neighbor since he didnt introduce himself. He apologized. I would always want to know that wherever I stay, no one else can get in! But I would come back agian and recommend to others. Very quiet also. Loved Lanai and pool.

We came home to visit family for the week. The home was centrally located to all my brothers as well as convenient to shopping. We escaped the Virginia snow storm to enjoy the lovely pool and privacy.

Couldn't use the garage when we got there .I rent place because heated pool.Nothing was have pay extra for pool heat 32 dollar day plus tax

We found this property to be clean, to have a nice layout for two couples to stay, close to airport and downtown Punta Gorda.

Our stay was excellent. The house is super comfortable and clean. 100% recommended!

House and a gorgeous pool with the most beautiful view of a common area ! There are a couple of Banyan trees and many flowering shrubs. The property is very nicely decorated. Everything is super clean. We felt right at home. Rent it for yourself! You’ll love it!

Its a beautiful property very tranquil peaceful and clean, just bring your toothbrush.

Wonderful stay!! Perfect size for a small group! Extremely clean, very quiet location, feels very private. Pool area is very nice, wonderful place to have morning coffee or happy hour. Grill worked like a charm. Highly recommend this location!

Great home real close to Fisherman's Village. Home has everything we needed and a we loved the screened in pool. We came down to visit family and it's an easy commute to Fort Myers or Port Charlotte. Home was spotless and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely rebook this home next time we come down to visit family.
