Tropical Oasis 2/2 Walk to Beach w/ Private Yard

We absolutely loved this house. We stayed for 15 days and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to the beach & Ellie Mae’s Tiki Bar. Very nice park close by along with a dog park. Very quiet neighborhood & friendly people. We loved sitting on the back patio and coffee in the morning on the front porch. It was just a great time for all of us. Definitely will go back. Thank you Karen for everything.

Karen’s place was just perfect for me! I was traveling with my elderly mother and my dogs. I specifically chose Karen’s place because as a not so young female myself, I wanted to feel secure in the neighborhood. I got that! I wanted to be within walking distance of the beach. I got that!! I needed a single level home! I got that too!!! I wanted to be near a dog park and I was! I easily walked to it every day! Did I mention the people in this area are so nice and helpful ? I also wanted a fenced in yard that I could easily let my dogs out and not be on a leash to just step outside every single time. So to say this home was perfect for me is really what it was! On top of all these features I have listed, I was so happy with the cleanliness, the supplies, the beachy fun decor, and the amazing backyard which is where I spent most of my time! Finally, I get to my communication with Karen, which could not have been more prompt, helpful or better! She took very good care of my family!

Great, peaceful location...close to everything. So pleased that it had everything we needed plus things that made the stay even more inviting, comfortable, and fun. The showers are the best!

This is a lovely place to stay and a great location. The Host( Karen) did a fantastic job of anticipating your needs while vacationing and providing things to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Our stay was 17 days and Karen was very responsive, respectful and helpful. The home is both comfortable and beautiful with a lovely back yard that is fun to explore. This Neighborhood is quiet with parks nearby. We were completely comfortable walking after dark. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house. Everything you need is there. The adjustable bed in the master is very comfortable. (and) I loved the white noise machine so much I bought one when I got home. Wonderful home, wonderful memories! Thank you Karen! We will definitely be staying again!

The host did a nice job of providing a comfortable space for guest. We were in town for a funeral and found this to be a centrally located space for us to be. It was too hot in July for us to spend any real time at the beach but it was close enough to walk there.

Everything was perfect when I arrived. Karen was very responsive to questions I had. The location was great. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The beach was about 2-1/2 blocks away. I could watch the sunrise in the morning and walk across the street to watch the sunset. I highly recommend this rental. I plan to return next year.

It was soooo great. It was a wonderfull lovely nice clean location for a Family. We loved the house. It was like at home. If you feel home it is home. ❤️❤️❤️ great job Karen love and hugs from Germany.

This is a well maintained rental with all the comforts of home and a great neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the beach and close to everything. Karen was very responsive to my questions and I would recommend this rental without hesitation for anyone planning a visit to the area.
