Tropical Las Vegas Vacation Luxury Home

Awesome tropical back yard with an Amazing pool waterfall and spa. My fiancé and I had an unforgettable time at the home that has every amenities you would imagine..Spacious, clean with great hosts thank you very much for their hospitality and generosity that made us feel at home.

Had a wonderful time staying and working at Franco's home yesterday, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something away from the Strip and seeking a nice quiet neighborhood experience in Las Vegas. The home was immaculate and tastefully decorated, and the pool and waterfall were spectacular. Great customer service by the owner who was so helpful at pointing out how everything worked and even provided the most detailed homeowner's manual I have ever seen! :-)

Thanks to Franco & Kay for putting his fantastic home up as a rental. We were welcomed upon our arrival and promptly given an orientation of the house. Both were readily available if anything was needed. The house is located away from the busy life of the strip but driving downtown is a quick trip. The neighborhood is quiet & gated. Enough can not be said about the pool. Out 3 & 6 year old spent much time in the pool.

What a great place to stay. We took our 4 kids (ages 8,6,4,2) for a week long stay at Franco and Kay's home and had a great time. Pool was a huge hit with our kids which made everyone's holiday great. Franco did a great job welcoming us and helping us out whenever we needed something. We really appreciate how prompt he was when we needed something. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to any families that have kids that like to swim and hang out in the pool. Other features are also top notch like outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Theatre room was a great feature but unfortunately we had too many other things to do and didn't have a chance to really watch a movie. The listing information was very accurate and both the house and property were very clean and well maintained. Its obvious that Franco and Kay have a lot of pride in their home. Thanks again Franco for a great week and we will definitely stay with you again next time we come to Vegas.

We were guests....it felt like home! Relaxing and comfortable. We fit easily with our wheelchairs,kids and grandkids. We are planning to return, in fact have told our friends about it and they want to come with us. The pool is epic, no other way to discribe it. The whole place was clean and welcoming. The owners were friendly and helpful, they were there but we didn't feel like we were being watched. Finally we went for a wedding and the location was perfect for us close to centinal park and Redrock. It was also, easy to find. We will be back, we just have to find a good excuse. Thank you for giving us a home away from home.

We rented house for superbowl party last second owner was awesome and very helpful.

Franco accommodated an immediate need booking in less than 24 hours! 10 family members hung outside in this paradise with lounging space for all! Beautifully appointed inside and out! Sleeping required shared quarters with 10 but we sacrificed privacy to live in the awesome public space. Seating inside and out w room to spare for our crowd. We prepared all our meals inside & outdoor kitchen and were able to find what we needed! Franco very helpful when needed. All equipment worked well....we enjoyed all the wonderful amenities! The outdoor space... Waterfall, spa,kitchen, swim up bar, slide oh yes, Paradise is not too big a word!

We have stayed in many nice vacation rentals, and not one has had the amenities of this home. We wanted a place we could be together (seven in our family), since we are required to book two hotel rooms, otherwise. Franco and Kay have made a beautiful place to stay and play. The location makes it easy access anywhere you would want to go in the valley. The back yard/pool are perfect for private enjoyment and/or entertaining. After a thorough tour, our hosts stayed out of the way, but were available if we had any questions. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

Bottom Line: Luxary outdoor space, great house, remember the owner will be out-of-sight but present. I rented this house for a graduate school reunion. The unique aspect of the rental is that the owner lives in the house; this is a common paradigm for Airbnb but not for VRBO. The drawback of this approach is that you must be respectful of the owner (and thus not throw a crazy party) but the upside is that the owner Franco is there to help you if you need something. Franco was a great host. The owners was generally out-of-sight but ready to answer any questions you had. When one of our travellers forgot his class ring, Franco tracked us down to ensure he got it back. The house itself was wonderful. The backyard was the huge selling point of the house. The outdoor cooking and dining area right next to the pool led to hours of eating, drinking, relaxing, and catching up. While we did not spend much time inside, the living room, kitchen, and projector room were very nice. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Overall the house is great for: - Relaxation: you can't beat the backyard! - Family gatherings: the backyard is a great gathering space. The house is not good for: - Heavy partiers - Families with toddler-age children: the house has many nice, expensive finishes and a pool with no gate

My wife & I stayed at this beautiful home and were treated like royalty! The owners, Franco & Kay, were very gracious, friendly and accommodating. They were very happy to be available for tips on sight seeing, restaurants and also generous with offering us comps for Las Vegas shows! The pool area was just breath taking with a waterfall, spa, fire pit, gas grill and lush foliage. Everything in the wonderful home was very well appointed, clean & very comfortable. We are 100% satisfied with this vacation home and highly recommend this property.
