The spacious backyard, gazebo, grill + putting green are perfect for enjoying the Florida sun! 10 min walk to ocean with large public pier/ 8 min drive to beach / 15 min to downtown St. Pete, providing plenty of restaurants and nightlife options. Newly renovated home - Everything is brand new! The Jungle Villa makes for the perfect getawayfor the whole family.

The location can't be beat – Jungle Villa is located in a serene + quiet neighborhood just a 8 minute walk to the the ocean and a 10 minute drive to some of the best beaches Florida has to offer.

On your walk to the ocean, you'll pass by beautiful ocean front properties which will lead you to a large pier with a rocky beach and a local restaurant (Jungle Prada Tavern). The local pier is a great place to enjoy the sunset. Next to it is also a small historic park with private tours and Peacocks often roaming the area.

With a 10 minute drive, you can enjoy Madeira Beach, Treasure Island or the world-famous Johns Pass Village, an old fishing village that has been transformed to house local shops, restaurants and bars. If you're looking for more nightlife and restaurants, downtown St. Pete is just 15-20 mins away.

There is also a local mall and a wide variety restaurants/stores located just 8 minutes east of property near Tyrone Square.

House Rules
- No smoking allowed indoors or within 15 feet of entrances.
- No Pets allowed
- Quiet hours from 10:00PM-7:00AM
- No parties or events
- Must park cars in driveway at all times (2 cars max allowed)
- Garbage days are MONDAY AND THURSDAY, Recycling every other Friday.
- Garbage must be taken out and brought back the following day if possible.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when outdoors and near pool.
- No additional guests are allowed at the home.
- No third party bookings
