Stayed Aug 1, 2025This home was AMAZING! Came out for an 3 day event on the Lake. This home was perfect for the time we spent in Lake Havasu. The home is A LOT bigger than the pictures make it out to be. The pool was amazing, and had plenty space for my self and 6 of my friends. Absolutely returning here for the boating event and possibly for my upcoming birthday. Thank you having us!

Stayed May 21, 2025Really enjoyed the space inside and out back! My husband and I visited with 5 grandkids and their parents and we all had our own alone or together space as wanted and needed. We were especially appreciative of the fully stocked kitchen for a group our size, we have never encountered being able to cook for 9 and have options for pots/pans and dishes! We will 100% be back to stay again! Thank you!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Revived a phone call from the host15 minutes after check in time that the air conditioner was out and we could not stay at the house I under stand things happen but there was no effort from the host or Vrbo to help us get another place. Sure we are supposed to be refunded which we have not as of yet. I called Vrbo and was told there was not a manager available to speak with me but I would recieve a call within 24 hours which I am still waiting on.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024What a great property. This property is one of our favorites in Havasu. Everything we needed was here. Great Coffee Maker, great bedroom and bathroom situation for family. Great pool and BBQ was brand new. Beautiful sunsets. We hung on the couch and enjoyed family time movies after dinner. The house was so clean with outstanding bath supplies. We had the best time and are Thankful we got stay at this property.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024Beautiful house with lots of space for a large group. We had our four kids, parents and ourselves. Two rooms had ensuites and their own access to the backyard which was great. Kitchen has everything you could need and then some. Gas stove and oven which were a treat to use. There was oil and spices in the kitchen but no leftover condiments, etc from previous guests. Showers had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which is great for those who forget or buy when they get there. Boardgames and books for the kids inside and Cornhole outside. A few things that need work as previous guests have stated.. the fan in the kitchen missing a blade and the light doesn't work. The guest bedroom's shower has pressure issues so we used the kids bathroom. Note that if you have children, there are ZERO water toys, goggles, floats, etc., not a single one. Must bring or buy your own. We did leave ours but the cleaners likely have instructions to remove. Overall a beautiful house and we hope to one day be back.

Stayed Mar 19, 2024The property managers responded to every text, and question in a very professional and timely manner. They made this stay very enjoyable for us. The house had all the accommodations you could ask for. The beds were very comfortable. One of the biggest needs for our group was the ability to park 3 bass boats along with our truck, this house was perfect for this.

Stayed Mar 5, 2024Pictures were very accurate. Large open living area. Pool area is larger and nicer than the shown on the Pictures. A few minor repairs are needed, ceiling fan in kitchen missing a blade and didn't work. Living room ceiling fan and light is like a strobe light, so we couldn't use. The leaking toilet was repaired very quickly. Our only concern is the lack of response to our questions about the temperature of the pool. We paid for a heated pool, and 3 emails went unanswered. Overall. Great place, would rent again if we are back in the area.

Stayed Feb 10, 2023You have a beautiful home. It was clean and very spacious. The master bed mattress is super comfortable. The lights of the pool along with the red sunset as a backdrop was pleasant and relaxing. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
