Stayed Mar 15, 2025We brought 3college boys to hangout and relax. We had a great time using the bikes and kayaks. We also rented a boat that we were able to dock right outside. We loved sitting and reading under the tiki hut and drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. Sunsets at Sunset beach-close walking distance is NOt to be missed! We would definitely rent here again! Beds and pillow were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need!

Stayed May 6, 2023The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds comfortable and plenty of towels ect. Kayaks and bikes were awesome and we used them almost daily. Grill and tiki cabana on back deck was wonderful to shade us from the sun. Lots to do nearby. Only issue we had was the fridge and freezer took at least 24 hours to work properly. I’m assuming they turn it off in between visits. We thought it was broken since we had purchased a week worth of groceries that would not get cold and unthawed. But after 24 hours it worked great. So just a heads up wait to go to the grocery. Loved the cabana club also good drinks and food with a clean beach and heated pool. Would definitely return to this property if in key colony again.

Stayed Feb 11, 2023The place looks just like the pictures online !!! It was immaculate and had everything you need to have a great vacation!! If we had a question the management team was very quick to answer by either call or text . The tiki hut on the patio overlooking the canal was where we spent most of our time . That was a great addition to this property this past year . The kitchen is well equipped and there is an nice outdoor grill . The beds are comfortable. A nice jester was the vacation basket left by the management filled with goodies to make our stay pleasurable. You won’t be sorry if you rent this property!! The 4 bikes were used as we used them to get to the Cabana Club (access is included free with your rental) where there is a pool , hot tub , tiki bar and small eatery. We spent lots of time there . Only downfall was we couldn’t use the kayaks and we couldn’t get them into the canal and had no truck to transport them . I give it 5 stars!!

Stayed Dec 31, 2022The property has lots of amenities: beautiful deck to hang out, tons of cooking ware and towels, kayaks and bikes to use for fun rides in the neighborhood. The community is quiet and upscale, with large groceries and good restaurants nearby. Turns out the Cabana Club’s private beach that comes with the rental is the best swimming beach in town!

Stayed Jul 25, 2021There were a couple of issues. The fridge ice maker wasn't dispensing ice or water. It did make ice we just had to remove the bin manually. The kitchen faucet head is broken and the front door electronic keypad doesn't work. However this was still a great location and the home was clean. The kitchen had every appliance needed and plenty of dishes and silverware for my family. I loved that there was a welcoming basket upon arrival that had some laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, some other essentials that were very helpful during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels to use as well. There were bikes and a kayak for us to use as well. We would definitely pick this home again if we're in town for mini season. The boat ramp is not far and we had access to the cabana club which has a pool and a small private beach area.
