This home is wonderful! With 2 kids and a dog we had an amazing stay! Everything you need is at your fingertips and I over packed! Very clean and beautifully decorated comfortable home! John the host is very accommodating and I asked a few questions and was always available and answered quickly, we would love to come back and when we do this home is where we would stay! Thanks John

We loved the house! It was perfect, we had a family of 6 and was extremely comfortable. Pool area was amazing and great neighborhood! Our family would definitely stay here again. John was awesome to work with. Close to several beaches! Indian Rocks was our favorite.

The house was perfect for our 8 person family. The home had plenty of everything we needed. The little ones loved the pool and the adults loved the grilling area. The kitchen sink hose had a leak while we were there and John was there ASAP to fix it. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again!

There were 7 of us staying. The property was perfect for getting together. The communal space was very comfortable with all of us in the room. It still afforded us with private space with the pool area and screened porch. I personally really enjoyed the reading nook.

Pool was amazing, host was friendly and kind, house was spacious, the two smaller bedrooms had very uncomfortable mattresses and sheets, ceiling fans seemed to need some maintenance and made noses to the point of having to shut them off at night which made the rooms quite warm, had to go out and buy toilet paper and paper towel as there was only the two rolls of toilet paper, in the entire house, for six adults for a four night stay. Overall we had an excellent time but general consensus was that we were glad to get home so we could sleep comfortably.

Excellent property. Pics accurately reflected the place but better yet the bunk beds were replaced by a full or queen bed. Had one minor issue but host was very responsive. We had 8 people and the pool, lenai and grill area along with open kitchen made it great for our group. Master bedroom bed was great as well. When AC DC comes back to town, we will do it again!

This is a beautiful home. The pool and outside area are gorgeous and perfect for hanging out and cooking for a group. The house was very clean and neat. The host was great with communication. 10/10 stay.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this VRBO property in Largo—it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The house itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, striking a perfect balance between cozy and modern. With spacious rooms, all six of us (all women) found it easy to settle in comfortably. The kitchen was a highlight, fully equipped for preparing meals that we enjoyed in the roomy dining area. Evenings were spent lounging in the inviting living room, complete with a large TV and plush seating. The screened patio quickly became our favorite spot to unwind, although we ended up dining out at the nearby excellent restaurants instead of using the grill. The pool was as stunning as advertised, surrounded by lush greenery that added to its serene atmosphere. The air conditioning was a relief from the summer heat, and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, a cooler, and pool floaties ready for us. The location in Largo was perfect for exploring Clearwater, St. Pete, and nearby beaches, with St. Petersburg just a short drive away. We even found a fantastic spot for lobster rolls and a convenient Publix supermarket nearby. John, our host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. When we had a minor issue with a door battery late one night, his friendly demeanor made us feel truly valued. Overall, our experience was wonderful. We hope to return and make more cherished memories in this special place.

Property was wonderful for our extended family. Four adults and two teens. Bedrooms and living spaces were perfect for our needs. House is in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood in Largo. Well-kept homes with pristine landscaping. The backyard pool and barbeque patio was particularly nice and the lush landscaping surrounding this area made it feel like a private oasis. Ten minute drive to the beach. Indian Rocks Beach is just south of Clearwater and much quieter and less crowded than its busy neighbor to the north. I would highly recommend John's property for anyone considering a stay in this area.

This house looked like the pictures. Pool, hot tub, screened porch were a very nice addition. It was a comfortable stay with plenty of space. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. Beach towels and pool towels were provided. Beach chairs are in the garage to take with you to the beach. It was nice to have a washer/ dryer. The manager communicated well and provided us with a video with pool instructions. The pool and hot tub were clean. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
