The Space:

Designed for group coastal getaways, this spacious home pairs bright open interiors with generous outdoor entertaining areas, creating a welcoming place to unwind near Trinity Beach. The main living area combines comfortable seating with a huge 65 Samsung OLED Smart TV for movie nights, while a second lounge provides extra room for children or quiet downtime. The fully equipped kitchen connects easily to the two dining areas and includes generous bench space and quality appliances such as a SMEG cooktop and oven, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso machine.



Outside, the expansive undercover patio is where the holiday truly comes alive, whether that's peaceful mornings with a coffee, long lunches, or sundowner drinks at the built-in bar as night falls. The lounge suite, large dining table, ceiling fans, and BBQ make it an ideal gathering spot from breakfast through to evening. Beyond the patio, the sparkling private pool and fenced backyard offer a secluded escape perfect for cooling off or letting the kids splash freely.



Soft coastal styling continues through the bedrooms, each with block-out curtains, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and USB charging ports. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite, while the second bedroom also features a king bed with garden views. The third bedroom offers two long single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request, allowing flexibility for different group arrangements. Ideal for families, the fourth bedroom doubles as a dedicated kids' retreat with a bunk bed, a sofa bed that can be set up on request for one adult or two children, a TV, a lounge area, and a dedicated workspace. A family bathroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, along with laundry facilities, completes the home.



Split-system air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and portable fans ensure comfort year-round, while on-site and street parking add extra convenience during your stay. Please note that one room and the garden shed are locked and unavailable for guest use.

The home sits just a short stroll from Trinity Beach itself, where calm water and a relaxed village atmosphere set the tone for the holiday. Local cafés and restaurants are within easy reach for morning coffee or a long beachside lunch, and the grassy foreshore reserve is a favourite spot for families to spread out after a swim. Nearby Half Moon Bay Golf Course offers a scenic round for those who fancy it, while the surrounding northern beaches, such as Kewarra, Clifton, and Palm Cove, are all worth a leisurely explore along the coast road. For an active start to the day, the Earl Hill Summit Track is just a six-minute drive away, rewarding the climb with sweeping views over the coastline. Thrill seekers will love Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett, just nine minutes away, offering bungy jumping, giant swings, and ziplines set among the rainforest. For those looking to explore further, the region offers easy access to the Great Barrier Reef, the Kuranda Scenic Railway and Skyrail rainforest experience, and Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures.



Getting Around:

Parking: Both onsite and street parking are available for guests.



Airport: Cairns Airport is a 21-minute drive from the home, making arrivals and departures easy.



Public transport: The nearest bus stop is a nine-minute walk away, with TransLink services connecting Trinity Beach to Cairns City. However, having a car is recommended to make the most of the region and explore the northern beaches.

If your stay is longer than a few days, you will need to top up to suit your needs.



Linen/Towels

Our linen is hotel quality and professionally cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. Additionally, we have bath mats, hand towels, and face washers. Please be sure to register the correct number of guests to ensure our linen provision suits your needs.

    We all loved the property particularly the outdoor space and piol . Beds were comfy,kitchen was well equipped with dishes etc . Bathrooms were clean and a decent amount of product (shampoo conditioner etc ) Also games toys and books for the kids was a nice touch . Thankyou Hart Clifford and Mckinnis familes.?
