Beautiful air-conditioned and modern villa of 200 m² decorated with care located in a secure area 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Calla Rossa and St Cyprien (blue cabanon) and 5 minutes from the city center of Porto-Vecchio and the port.
The access can be done by a secondary road (Restaurant Le Figuier) which makes it possible to avoid all the traffic jams of the summer.

The house accommodates up to 12 people and includes 5 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (bed 160), 1 suite (bed 160) with dressing room bathroom and TV, 1 double room (bed 140) 1 dormitory of 3 bunk beds ( 90 beds) and 1 sofa bed (140), a very well equipped games room, 4 bathrooms and several relaxing corners outside.
The American kitchen is very functional, the games room is equipped with TV, XBOX, and baby foot, books and board games ...
The pool is secured by an alarm and the chairs on both sides will allow you absolute relaxation in a very pleasant space. Several green spaces allow everyone to choose to read in the shade of olive trees or play with children. A Weber barbecue is at your disposal.

Possibility to rent bed linen and towels for 20 € / person / week.
Cleaning is obligatory and costs € 200 to be paid on arrival. A deposit of 5000 € not cashed will be refunded in the month following your departure.

Enjoyment is family and no party or noise will be possible. A person on site will take care of you and will listen to you if necessary.
