Trifecta West by Holiday Beach Rentals is a beachfront luxury home featuring 10 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, luxury linens from Peacock Alley, private pool, a fabulous game room, indoor elevator and amazing beachfront views! This home is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and is a prime spot for your beach vacation.

The first floor features the game room with a pool table along with 2 TV's and an additional table to play various games. As an added convenience there is also a kitchenette area that leads out to the pool. You'll also find the first set of bedrooms featuring a queen over king bunk room and then an additional bunk room featuring 3 sets of twin over twin of bunk beds sleeping up to 6 people!

Head up to the second floor where you will find the main kitchen that features 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, a gas stove, 2 dining tables and a large living area. There will be 1 king bedroom and 1 twin over twin bunk bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms as well. A full-size washer/dryer are also located on this floor.

The third-floor features 4 bedrooms; 2 kings with (one with an ocean view and one street view), and 2 bunk bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. This floor also has another washer/dryer.

The top floor has a huge king master with separate seating area with an en-suite bathroom and ocean views. The other side of the beautiful home is a large room that includes two queen beds.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

This home features an indoor elevator for quick and convenient access between the first three floors. This is especially helpful for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. Please note that the elevator does not reach the fourth floor.

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.

The Beach! Trifecta West has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

    This house was amazing and perfect for our family of 21 to get away on a beautiful beach that is not busy. The price was very expensive but in the same range as everything else this size. if you can afford it you won't regret it!

    Paid upwards of $2,000 per night. Yet, Check- In is Late at 4pm, Checkout is at an ungodly 10am (who does that?). If you ask for any changes they ask $700!!! The mid stay Cleaning promised, did not happen, Nothing we requested was delivered, Extra Blankets, No! Felt Like a fancy Hostel

    This was our first big family vacation and the beach house accommodated us very well! We had plenty of room to relax with it being so many of us! We loved the view and how clean and comfy the house was! We had a great time!

    The house is beautifully decorated! The house is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Being directly on the beach was wonderful with kids. Nice big kitchen made dining a nice experience. Loved this house.

    This house is awesome for family of all ages. The beach access and neighborhood surrounding the house is wonderful. We had a few issues with the dishwasher and dryer. Reporting was easy and the response times were quick and efficient. It was the best service we have ever experienced.

    We absolustely loved this home! It was the nicest beach house we've stayed in. The suites are amazing and we loved the view from the 4th floor. The view from the decks are stunning whether you are sitting in a chair or standing due to the glass panels used instead of common spindles, such a nice upgrade. The elevator was a huge help with luggage, tired legs etc, especially with this house being 4 floors. The beds were extremely comfy as well. We opted for the chair and umbrella service. It was so nice to have the chairs delivered for you every day, one less thing to carry! The heated pool and pool deck were a nice place to gather with plenty of seating. The pool did had some trouble keeping a steady temperature, but the pool crew was on it. We enjoyed out stay and would stay again. You just can't beat walking straight out to the beach. This house exceeded our expectations.
