Stayed Jul 23, 2024The owners never even communicated. We were on the streets of Cleveland at 2:00 am trying to get in. We had to stay at a Travel Lodge and then a Red Roof since everything was booked. We better get refunded because we prepaid. We were looking forward to enjoying this place.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025I experienced significant issues with the property owner, as he failed to contact me in time for check-in. Despite my attempts, I was unable to reach him, and Vrbo support was also unsuccessful in establishing communication. This situation caused considerable inconvenience, as I was left without access to the reserved accommodation. Fortunately, Vrbo issued me a refund for the Trendy Loft in Ohio City and promptly assisted me in securing an alternative place to stay.
