Stayed Feb 8, 2025Kendall was very friendly and accommodating, the place was absolutely adorable. The only downside was that you had to park on the street, and there wasn’t anything available, but Kendall told us that since we were only staying one night, we could park in the driveway, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025I spent five night at this property to go to three ballgames between the Yankees and the Guardians and to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the house from the A Christmas Story movie. The property was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. All the rooms were nicely decorated and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cleveland and I would recommend it to my friends and family as well.

Stayed May 19, 2023We took a quick weekend trip to explore Cleveland, and Cody’s place was the perfect place to stay. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood right down the street from the Christmas Story House, and it is a quick and easy drive to all the sights in the city from there. It is very clean, has a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and extra blankets, and unexpected extras like a lighted mirror with defogging feature, full size washer & dryer, and coffee! It’s in a well-established area, but the interior looks recently renovated and it still smells new. The host pays special attention to little details and it shows. The towels are so soft, and the decor is fun and modern. We would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a central place to stay in the city!
