The home is a part of the picturesque Green Lake neighborhood just north of downtown Seattle. Its namesake lake is a focal point of the area, surrounded by a 2.8-mile paved trail perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. It offers stunning views of the lake and the lush greenery that lines its shores.

In addition to the lake, the Green Lake neighborhood is home to several parks and recreational facilities. ★ EARLY CHECK-INS ★ - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time.

★ LATE CHECK OUTS ★ - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay.

★ MAINTENANCE ★ - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate pets. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately.

★ EVENTS ★
There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home.

★ OUTDOOR AREAS ★ - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts.

★ CLEANING ★ - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply.

Also please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.

PLEASE NOTE - You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. Also, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.

    We had a family wedding and needed space that could accommodate a multigenerational family. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5, plus Grandma. She had her own space with minimal stairs. She had no issues working the locks or following the easy directions for entry an exit. I will stay here anytime I have events in the Seattle area. It's a perfect location and has all the amenities needed for our family. My small kids LOVED the play area downstairs and my teen loved being in her own space upstairs. Laura was a wonderful host, very kind, and responsive. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and your attention to details. These little things matter. You're the best!

    This house was walkable to great places to eat and right next to Green lake. Fun environment for being outdoors. The house was very cute and super clean. The manager was very responsive and kind. Would stay here again.

    A wonderful house in a very cute neighborhood, and only one block from the lake and some nice restaurants. The house is very comfortable (including the beds!) and worked perfectly for our family stay. It's high on my list as a rental for our next visit to Seattle.

    We had a lovely Memorial Day stay at the Green Lake House. Laura's home was very clean and well-equipped. We had three little kids with us, and there were lots of amenities great for kids. There was a child lock on the door leading to the stairs to the bottom floor, which we used a lot. There was also a pack and play. The kitchen and laundry had all the basic amenities, and everything was clean and well-stocked. The rooms were comfortable, making it perfect for our family. You're really close to Green Lake Playground, Community Center, and the Woodland Park Zoo. It was a stress-free stay for us. Communication with Laura was quick and easy whenever we needed it. I cannot recommend this place enough. In fact, I'll be recommending it to a family I know who wants to stay in Seattle soon.

    What a beautiful little house in a lovely neighborhood! The house was clean and fit the online description perfectly. There was plenty of space for my family. My mom (who is normally impossible to please with these things) LOVED it. Communication was quick and easy, had I needed any changes or any items addressed. Check in and out instructions were easy to follow. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
