Treetops - Three bedroom home with great views, in the village!

Great location but would have been better if it was cleaner on arrival. Dust in lots of places. Small things like no cushions for the chairs on the deck, broken bin, lock on toilet door broken let it down. Could be 5 stars if it gets a thorough clean and these things fixed.

Great location. Great house; except it was disgustingly dirty - general cleaning (floors/surfaces etc) was ok, however any ongoing cleaning and maintenance was not done, which is not acceptable at 600 per night:_Dirty windows (after all the views are a key sales pitch for this house)_Dirty terraces, floor boards need painting and nails sticking out, green tarnishing, pot plants all dead, seats and furniture needed a scrub_Thick dust film on fridge, accessories _Spider webs everywhere _Tree litter and thick soil in tracks of terrace doors/windows_External window sills dirty and mouldy_Plants in garden dying_One of the bathrooms had a nice upgrade, but now showing rust ring in new basin, air vent disgustingly dirty, silicone gaps mouldy_Sinks in one of the bathrooms blocked _Cupboards in kitchen have new surface and fronts, but internally some of the old shelving, which was dirty and smelly_Sofas with sweat & pee? marks on arms and surfaces. We covered them up with blankets to use them at all. Cushions similarly dirty. _One of the beds squeaking with every move_Kitchen place mats dirty_Some bowls, light shades … damaged_Bin tread & fridge vegetable shelf broken _Backyard neglected and unusable We sent images to the property manager with the state of the house, as they promised to send it on to the owner. 10 days later - no response.If this property was clean and maintained, it would be such an amazing place to stay. The neglect is very unfortunately.

This property is secluded yet within a short walk to the main street. We enjoyed a family BBQ with the award winning sausages from Berry on the Webber BBQ

Honestly such an awful experience. We ended up moving to a hotel - the smell as you walk in is awful, air con only in the lounge room, stains on furniture, kitchen wasn’t clean. Such a waste of money!

My daughter and I love this property! Waking up to the birdsong is magical. We have been a few times now and it never disappoints! Stunning mountain views, magical garden and the house is styled beautifully! It is a very short stroll into town. We will be back again! ?
