Stayed Jan 25, 2026The condo is spacious. Our group of five had plenty of room. No one had to sleep on a couch. A group of seven would be a little tight. The living area is comfortable to relax in... two couches, chair, fireplace, windows, BIG TV. The kitchen/dining area was plenty big enough to cook our meals. The walk to Ballhooter lift is not bad, and better than I expected it would be... about 7 minutes. The warm mud room has storage for skis and boots. It is a great place to put on gear. The condo was difficult to find at night because there are no lights or noticable numbers. We had to get out of our vehicles and wander up to buildings to try to find our unit. That was not fun in 10 inches of snow. (But the skiing was superb).Communication through VRBO seemed clunky.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025Host responded on time, location was great,It accommodated our group of 10 comfortably .The amenities could have been updated for the price point we paid. Keurig is broken, both can openers difficult to use, need new. Better like who you are going with, the walls are thin.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Condo was in a great location and walkable to everything. It was very cozy and just out of the village commotion. Very wooded and private and quiet. Parking was great. Host was very nice and responded immediately to first problem but when we were locked out in the cold because the door keypad was not working for two hours, we could not get anyone at vrbo to answer and had trouble reaching host. She did finally get us a key to get in.Condo had all the kitchen supplies, pans etc a family would need to cook. There was plenty of room for 7 of us in the living area. If I would suggest anything - it would be a new mattress in the master bedroom as it slanted to one side and we basically rolled down to that side. There is a little bunkbed basically connected to the master (for kids), kind of like in a side closet and the way it was advertised, we thought it was its own room as the pictures did not explain this well. Our two adults could not sleep in this tiny closet space, so had to sleep down on the living room couch. So it is really a 3 bedroom with a small attached space for 2 kids. Maybe supply some extra bath towels. Should mention soap, shampoo not included like in a traditional hotel - so make sure you bring that.Otherwise we did have a great time and you could not beat the location and the price was fair. We would rent here again.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025The townhouse was absolutely perfect for our family of 6! We came during the summer for a music festival and it was a quick and easy walk to the village, the pool, and the slopes. We had everything we needed and more.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025Cabin was well equipped (some furniture/fixtures are definitely dated, but charming or reminescent of days gone by) and communication with property manager was excellent and responsive. Check in and out were incredibly simple/easy. Some of the beds were a little squeaky, but those baseboard heaters in the rooms really crank up and make for a warm night's sleep. The mud room is excellent for all the ski gear and baseboard heater really helps dry things out and keeps you warm while donning and doffing gear. Or throw into dryer right there as well. The slopes were more of a hike to get to than would have liked, but otherwise, it was a great location, and in nicer weather, wouldn't have been as big of an issue. Beautiful seeing so much snow. Shuttles are convenient when not in ski gear.

Stayed Jan 4, 2025The house was very nice and was in a good location with a few minute walk to the slopes. The one thing I would say is that while it says it sleeps 8 and has 3 bedrooms, I would not recommend it for 8 adults. 2 had to sleep in bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom which was basically a closet.
