Stayed Oct 6, 2023This property was the perfect place for the 4 of us to hang out for the weekend. Very close to downtown restaurants and activities. The host has thought of everything we could have needed, and more. Best part of the condo is the super comfy beds. We enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen/dining room table. We didn’t need to do laundry, but it was available if we wanted. There were lots of Bachelorette parties at the complex, but we didn’t hear a thing. Host was a great communicator. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed Sep 22, 2023Stayed here for a bachelor party weekend. The place was super clean and very modern. Plenty of space for everyone (7 of us). There isn’t much within walking distance, but it’s only about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown, TopGolf, Five Points, Hunter Station, and several golf courses. Check in and check out was easy, and Kathlena was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 14, 2022Great townhome close to downtown Nashville. Lyft/Uber rides were only $7-25 depending on time of day. Very conveniently located. We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. The property was clean and met all expectations based on the listing. Would stay again.

Stayed Oct 6, 2022We came down for a long adult weekend. The place was super cute, CLEAN and had everything we needed. Main floor had living area, kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms are on 2nd & 3rd floors. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom - huge bonus. Felt safe with the gates. It was about a 10 min Uber drive to downtown. **type in the actual address when reserving an Uber- they wanted to pick us up behind the unit at a restaurant that is not there anymore.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022Kathleena was amazing, she let us check in early, and her place was wonderful, we had 6 of us girls staying there. It was easy to get downtown, and felt safe here. The showers were great . Soft towels, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. So spacious we had the best time, thank you Kathlena
