Tree Top Lake Views with lake access for swimming fishing boating 250 ft away!

The listing was everything it promised. We were there for a small retreat with seven women, aged 40-70. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and gathering spaces were all great. There were plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. The balconies were wonderful.Logistically, I probably shrugged off the cautions about stairs too lightly—there are a lot, especially if schlepping in a lot of stuff. We unloaded ice chests at the bottom and took smaller loads. The main floor, where the living space and one bedroom are, is a flight up an outdoor staircase, and another staircase takes you up to the third floor with two more bedrooms. The tower view room stairs are difficult, but worth the climb for the view! The woman who slept there had no complaints, and all but one of our crew braved the stairs at least once for some balcony time! The ground floor room is comfortable, but is best accessed with the outdoor stairs—because the “cool” factor of the spiral stairs wears off quickly. All of it ended up being doable for our group. But it’s something to consider if anyone in your group has limitations. Cleanliness was fine—it’s a lake house surrounded by trees and nature, with a sand volleyball court outside—we weren’t expecting pristine. Access to the water was a simple walk away, and it was lovely. The fire pit was great. There was plenty of wood gathered for our use. Phillip was quick to respond to all queries, and really helpful. I highly recommend this home, and would use it again.

Everything was just as expected & maybe even better than we were hoping.

Kitchen was adequate…just took a while to figure out what was available. Pots and pans clustered tightly in one cabinet. A couple had food residue. Appliances were very acceptable.Kitchen towels were not present…used a bathroom hand towel. Lots of activities for all age groups. Really enjoyed the shuffleboard. Enjoyed the fire pit, outdoor swings, sand volleyball. Plenty of bedroom space. Bathrooms were comfortable. Great space for family gatherings.

A beautiful house with all the amenities you need , awesome property with lots to do for whole family. Amazing views and very peaceful. Host was very friendly and attentive to everything. Would definitely stay again.

We just got back home from an awesome weekend at this giant home! We spent most of the time at the fire pit, but we also played volleyball, dominoes, holiday movies and lots of shuffleboard! The home is very secluded and it was perfect for our family get together following Thanksgiving. Loved everything about this property.

I believe this was our 4th time to stay at this house. It is always clean and fresh smelling, and my family loves coming here. It's very up-to-date with plenty of fun things to do.

Beautiful home. Our stay was wonderful! It's a four story house with access to every floor with amazing views.You will be going up and down stairs so be prepared for a decent workout. Keep in mind that it's a lake house in the country. Expect all the critters that come with being OUTDOORS. The inside was immaculate with lovely lake decorations and tons of amenities including dishes, pots, pans, and towels. Beds were super comfy, too!Thank you for sharing your home! We can't wait to plan our next getaway!!

Second time to stay at this property and again did not disappoint. Quite, very close to the lake, great outdoor space as well. Very clean and very well stocked.

The home was wonderful! It worked out great for our family. It had all of the essentials we needed. Check in was a breeze, as was checking out. The property manager was easy to communicate with. There is plenty of room for a big family. My grandson enjoyed the sand and sand toys. My adult kids enjoyed the games and the fire pit. The is plenty of parking at the house. It was a bit difficult to get our boat and jet skis in and out, but we managed. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad, but we had to drive because we took stuff with us. Parking was a bit difficult at the beach area because the camping areas were full. Overall the home was amazing!!! We enjoyed staying there.

Great space for everyone to relax and have fun.Our 13 year old granddaughter loved her tower room on the 4th floor. Kitchen was great. Plenty of bathrooms.Owner responsive and helpful. It was fun to be able to walk down to the beach area. We used a paddle board, RC boats and kayaks there.Close to boat and jet ski rentals.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was exactly as described. A great location just short walk across street to the lake and close to many marinas. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, we used the grill every night, played games outside (volleyball, cornhole, etc) and utilized games they had inside as well. Plenty of sleeping options, we had around 5-7 most nights, but house could comfortably sleep 10 if needed. And host was great, communicated well and was tidying up the place as we arrived. Thanks for everything, and I look forward to a return visit in the future.

The property was in a great location for Texoma. There are lots of stairs. I didn’t think that through for my achy joints. But the rooms were

I wanted to love this house. It looked like a great place. But it was gross. It smelled like mildew. There were spiders everywhere. Spider webs (with spiders) in the bedrooms, decks and outdoor furniture covered in spider webs and spiders. Mud dauber nests all over. Inside the home hasn’t been cleaned in some time. The walls were dirty, the doors were dirty, the cupboards were dirty. The cookware was gross and no foil was provided to cover it. All over just ick. The better parts: We did enjoy the tether ball, volleyball and fire pit. Location was private.

Very nice Lakefront house. Property is huge, very private. Nice big patio lots of seating. Nice big fire-pit enjoyed making s'mores there. Fridge has cold water and ice dispenser. Microwave is big with other features as well. Phil was quick to respond and patient with any questions we had. Very clean place, lots of pillows, sheets, towels and blankets. Very comfortable beds. We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway.

The host had great communication. Wi-Fi went out during a storm and he had it resolved asap. We had plenty of room and were close to the water. Kitchen supplies were plentiful.

The house is as described and is very lovely. However, there are a lot of stairs and if you have any physical limitations, it is difficult. You are able to see the lake through the trees, but there had been a lot of rain and we were unable to walk to or access the lake. Everything at the house worked, but there were a couple of issues with the wi-fi. (Can’t blame the host because it was most likely weather related) but it is the only way you can watch TV so it was disappointing when it went out a couple of times for several hours. We enjoyed the kitchen and the open living area and had a nice time playing games. We also enjoyed the seating out on the main deck. Would definitely stay at this property again.

It was my 50th Birthday. The house was amazing and enough room for my friends and family could all be together.

Three generations of our family visited Lake Texoma for.the first time. The views of the lake from the home and multiple decks were exceptional We found the home spacious,well-stocked, clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and provided us with very useful information about the area restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed walking down to the lake, fishing and fossil hunting,in spite of the unusual cold spell we encountered, while visiting. We also enjoyed the electric fireplace, multiple tvs, dvd player andi in particular the shuffleboard table,while inside.I almost forgot to mention Lake Texoma is beautiful and if you appreciate wildlife you will see a lot of cool animals including roadrunners, wild turkeys and not so wild animals,like longhorns! And finally not a bad trip from The Woodlands area. Took us just over 4 hours to get back. Would love to stay in this home again

This property catered to all the needs of my party with a multitude of activities to do and sites to enjoy! The beautiful and roomy kitchen was our favorite element!

Beautiful house neighborhood

There were 4 of us and this was great!! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We were there for a fishing trip so it was great to be able to be together but have our privacy. Just wish it had been warmer to be able to enjoy the beautiful decks and the outside.

Beautiful views nice for a private getaway

We loved our stay. So much to do. Fishing, fire pit, volley ball, loads of games, hiking trails, Comfortable beds. It is tricky to find and gas grill needs to be replaced but we loved our vacation!

The house was not very clean, but overall, the experience was very good.

Majority of my family lives in Oklahoma and Fort Worth. With my wife and I having a slip at Highport and wanting to do Thanksgiving by the lake we located this property. From start to finish, the family was easy to communicate with and happy to help with any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a good time with a great view of the lake.

Enjoyed the view and the porch

Enjoyed a nice couple of days in this house with my dad on a fishing trip. It’s a very nice home in a very quiet location and has some beautiful nature around it.

Perfect place for our family get together! My husband and I stayed on the bottom floor (not as many stairs to climb), my daughter and her friend stayed on the second level and my other daughter, husband and 2 year old stayed on 3rd floor. Loved the big decks with several seating options for meals and visiting. Short easy walk to beach area and marina nearby if you bring a boat. Lots of outdoor games to play and a volleyball court which my grandson loved--as well as the adults. First time to go to Lake Texoma and it was beautiful. We had such a good time and wished we all could have stayed longer and all want to go back. My only real complaint was the spider webs everywhere. That was the first thing I did when we got there--sweep down all the spider webs on the deck railings. Host Philip was very accommodating which we all appreciated very much.

It is difficult to find if you are not good with instructions. Cannot find the property with the GPS, but once you’ve found it once in the daytime, you should have much problem after that. House is gorgeous and clean. Plenty of space for extra beds and house stays nice and cool. Not much provided as much as coffee and such but all the amenities available to bring your own. Beds are super comfy and good variety of pillows!

This place is awesome! 30 second walk to the beach, it's secluded enough where you don't even see your neighbors. And the house itself is big enough where everyone can have their quiet corner if they want! The house is stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It even has a volleyball court. We wish we could have stayed longer

Host had excellent communication and response time was quick. Home was beautiful and location is perfect. Tub and sinks did have drainage issues and there were quite a few bugs throughout the house. Nothing that couldn’t be easily fixed. Overall 4/5. Will definitely visit again!

Easy access to the beach for swimming and fishing for kids. Grandparents enjoyed reading on the wrap around covered porch. Had a great time.

Family get together to celebrate my brother one year cancer free marker. Love the view and the 4th floor. We referred to it as the ‘lighthouse’ room since it overlooks the tree line and lake. Philip was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for the memories!

The property was accurately described in the listing. The location of the property provides privacy but great access to the lake from many different areas. The house was well stocked with most everything needed. Will keep this property on the list for future trips and recommend to others.

The place is very well kept and is extremely nice! The house is around 200 yards from the lake! The house was built vertical, so there is stairs to climb. Overall, the home is amazing! The view of the lake is beautiful. Just if elderly is with you, be prepared to walk some stairs.
