Stayed Oct 11, 2025John was great to communicate with for any questions we had. The view is spectacular from the living room and master bedroom. Enough room for five (3 adults, 2 teen/preteens) and the beach and bay access was fantastic.

We enjoyed our time there and can't wait until next time. It's extremely well furnished with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Stayed Jul 19, 2025Relaxing Bayfront Stay – Ideal Location!We had a wonderful time at this beachside bayfront condo. The views of the bay were beautiful, and being just steps from the sand made it easy to enjoy the beach every day. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a stress-free stay. One of the best perks was the free trolley stop right nearby, which made getting around the island super convenient without needing to drive. The area was peaceful but still close to great restaurants and shops. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Our family loved this spot as it allowed my teenage sons to fish almost constantly out of the bay and also out of the surf which was just a short walk across the street.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023The property is very well maintained and great for a family vacation. The owner John was very attentive and responded promptly when we had an issue with the wifi. Our 2 grandsons enjoyed catching crabs in the Bay. I would highly recommend.
