A paver patio invites sunbathing and poolside relaxation, while a raised sun deck with Adirondack rockers under a white pergola sets the stage for sunset cocktails and late-night chats. An outdoor bar with café seating, a flatscreen TV, and coastal touches creates the perfect setting for cookouts and unwinding under string lights.

Inside, the main living area features a large sectional sofa and cozy accent chair, all centered around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A wood dining table with seating for eight is paired with a nearby kitchen bar offering four more spots—perfect for casual meals and cocktails. The fully equipped kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and generous counter space, ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to Gulf-fresh seafood feasts. A glass door provides easy access to the pool and lets the coastal breeze flow in.

On the first floor, a queen guest bedroom sits just off the living area and shares a stylish full hall bath, which also serves as a convenient powder room. Two twin rollaway beds are available for additional sleeping options.

Upstairs, the king primary suite features a tray ceiling, a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool, and a luxurious ensuite bath with a custom-tiled walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual vanities. A second guest bedroom with a queen bed offers comfort and quiet, while the charming bunk room features two full-over-twin bunks, sleeping up to six. A shared full bath serves the guest and bunk rooms.
