The finca Ca'n Tian is situated in a quiet location in the gentle hills of Llevante between Manacor and Colonia St.Pere. The bay of Alcudia can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car. In Manacor, just 10 minutes away, you will find all the daily necessities.

Ca'n Tian offers an inviting pool area with a 10x5 metre pool. You can choose between several terraces around the house and in the garden.

Enjoy the charm of an old Mallorcan farmhouse without sacrificing modern comforts. Find your favourite spot and relax on the large terrace, by the pool or on the spacious plot on a beautiful slope. The large garden with mature trees offers cosy seating areas. Or get active on the boules court and at the table tennis table.
Later, round off the day with an aperitif and enjoy the sunset on the roof terrace, which is furnished with cosy lounge furniture.

There is a large terrace right next to the house with direct access to the old Mallorcan orchard. From the terrace you enter the spacious kitchen and the generous living/dining area with fireplace. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.
On the first floor there are three further bedrooms with double beds or two single beds and two bathrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
From the spacious hallway and one of the bathrooms you have direct access to the sundowner terrace with magnificent views of the Tramuntana.

Manacor, the second largest town on the island with a wide range of shopping facilities and leisure activities, can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The bay of Alcudia with its marvellous sandy beaches and the artists' town of Arta are approx. 15-20 minutes away.

Ca'n Tian is characterised by its particularly quiet location. This finca is therefore not suitable for parties and celebrations.
