* Rental agreement and guest registration form required at time of booking
* Photo ID required prior to check-in
* No smoking, parties, or events permitted
* Free high-speed Wi-Fi
* Exterior security cameras in use (no interior recording)
* Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels provided
* A starter supply of essentials is provided for your arrival, including: 1–2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and travel-size toiletries. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest.
• Check In: Check in for arriving guest will be 4:00pm.
• Check Out: Check out for departing guests will be 10:00am.
•. Early/Late check in/out may be available with enough notice and an additional charge.
•. THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
• Absolutely NO smoking inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and DO NOT leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE. All guests are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating the terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
• MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED IS 6. NO overnight guest other than those listed when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
• ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
• PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
• NO PETS of any kind are permitted. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
• The City of Gulfport asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
• DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture inside.
• NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, floors, or carpet/rugs.
• When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
• Parking is ONLY allowed in the driveway or paved areas.
• DO NOT park in the grass. Parking on the street is NOT allowed.
• NO trailers, boats or RV’s are allowed without prior approval.
• DO NOT MOVE THE GRILL OR PLACE IT ON THE PORCH. Please DO NOT leave grill unattended while in use.
• Used charcoal MUST be placed inside a garbage bag, and then disposed of in the exterior garbage can. DO NOT dispose of it in the grass. DO NOT dispose of charcoal that is still smoldering or hot.
• Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. Any damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
• Be kind & courteous to the neighbors.

    After booking via VRBO, I had to fill out a separate rental agreement and agree to a background check. I have never had to do these tasks before when renting from VRBO.

    My husband and I stayed here with our parents. Thoroughly enjoyed the place and the stay. It was the perfect size and everything you needed was already there. Everything kitchen and grilling and beaching. We went for the 4th of July. Also recommend, Rouses for groceries, The Reef for dinner (the best Louisiana chargrilled Oysters), the beach was really a block away. We still drove to unload and parked in the available spots along 90. Enjoyed Rajun Cajun Gator tours. Best fireworks on the beach as far as you could see east and west. Felix’s was a great night out on their Patio with live music as well.

    We loved the house, and the layout of the rooms offered privacy for each as well as providing a great gathering place for games and fun. The place was very clean and had adequate amount of bath linens for us all. Nice!The porch and shade offered by the tree was a perfect place to sit and spend time reading and enjoying the breezes. (Only once when the train came through and blew its whistle was it not peaceful; it scared the bejeezus out of me! )Thanks for making our vacation a great getaway with family.

    We came to town to explore with the family. This house is perfectly located for going to the beach, Lynn Meadows children’s museum, the Aquarium, and all that downtown Gulfport has to offer.

    This house is in the best location for us to get back and forth from the convention center. We enjoyed being able to have a full kitchen to use when we had our whole family on this trip! We will definitely stay again!

    This was place was so cute! Nice sitting area on front porch in the shade, great family sized table that could expand, sufficient seating space in family room, centrally located to most anything you want to do, great decor in the house, and enough over all space for 6 grown adults.

    Perfect location!! The house is on a dead end street which is perfect! Very quiet and most importantly no traffic for the ones that just want a peaceful get away!! Its a block from the beach, minutes from all attractions including the Mall, very clean, and communication was great.
