Stayed Feb 10, 2026Host was very communicative, easy to chat with, and quickly resolved a minor issue with the house - checking in to make sure our stay was going well.Location is good for a variety of south-florida destinations.House is clean and comfortable, with lots of space. We were in Florida 9 nights for a family event and were we easily able to host dinner one evening for several of the other family members visiting the area. Good bathrooms, comfortable memory foam beds, though a dresser in the largest bedroom might be a helpful addition in the future.Kitchen is still getting stocked up with equipment as it is a new to VRBO house, but host is open to suggestions or specific requests. We were able to prep meals very easily. Future guests will enjoy the cast iron skillet we picked it up locally and left as an addition to the kitchen - hopefully they care for it properly and it will be there for us to use if/when we return to Tampa. We'd definitely look up this house again next time.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025Host was welcoming and helpful. Communication was great. Decor and furniture were really nice, and the amenities included everything I needed. Beautiful river views from the dock made the stay so relaxing and recuperative. I ended up spending a lot more of my time than I expected just sitting and watching animals outside on the dock. Truly loved the place! Cozy and located conveniently for my holiday theme park trip. I would strongly recommend this host and their lovely place.
