Stayed Oct 29, 2024Let’s start with what is good about this property. It is an excellent location for anyone who wants to be close to the Vietnamese community and Disney. You are literally 5 minutes to central little Saigon and all the popular food area. You are less than 15 minutes local street to Disneyland area. Freeway access is a three or four miles away. Right between the 22 freeway and 405 freeway. The 5 free is a short distance away. Less then 20 minutes from Santa Ana John Wayne Airport. The property manger is very responsive and return text messages quickly. They were nice. The property itself is mostly clean visually. It does need some TLC, There are some broken cabinet drawers, scratches on bathroom doors, and touch up need on the walls. The bathroom window could use a privacy blind. Overall, decent property being in an excellent location and good service. Very quiet street with plenty of street parking. The gate is manual. You have to manually pull open and close. Free Spectrum internet. A small outdoor year with seating area. There is an ADU on the property, so be aware of this. No one was there when we rented.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. House was fairly close to Disneyland which was the purpose of our trip.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024This was our 1st time using VERBO to book our stay. This location did not fail. It was clean, specious, close to Disneyland and a short drive from beach locations. We really enjoyed our stay here.
