We provide self check-in for your convenience, so you can arrive at your own pace and start your vacation stress-free!

For safety and security, the home has three exterior cameras: a doorbell camera at the front entrance, one overlooking the front balcony, and one monitoring the backyard (including the lounge furniture, grill, fire pit, and hot tub). Cameras are exterior only. The home also has a noise monitor that measures sound levels only and does not record audio.

Quiet Hours: Out of respect for neighbors and the community, quiet hours are in place (typically after 10 PM).

No Parties or Events: This home is intended for relaxing vacations. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

Cleanliness: We ask that guests treat the home with care and leave it in good condition. A cleaning fee helps us maintain high standards between each stay.

What’s Included: Towels, linens, and basic kitchenware are provided to make your stay more comfortable. We ask guests to bring their own toiletries, shampoo, bodywash, toothpaste, lotion. Kitchen dish detergent/ paper towels and bathroom soap and toilet paper are provided.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

No smoking or vaping inside or on the property. (Guests will incur $200 fee for smoking/ vaping/ e-cigarettes on premises).

Pets are allowed (2 pet max; dogs only).

One free parking space is provided on-site.

Please treat the space with care. This is our home away from home, and we want you to feel the same comfort during your stay.

☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $25 per pet per day. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that.

Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

☆ We have regularly scheduled hot tub tech service on select days each week. While we don’t have exact times in advance, we always send out a notification the night before to let guests know when to expect service. Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep the hot tub in top condition!
