Inside the residence, the open social space seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining and living areas for ease of conversation and enjoying each other’s company.     Lovely cosy house for 4 people. Very clean, with comfortable beds, quality sheets and towels. Quiet street. So much to see and do on Phillip Island.

    We had a very nice 3 days. The property was spotlessly clean with all mod cons in a quiet location. Not sure whether 38 deg is normal for the island, but if it is, we'd recommend upgrading the air con unit as the current one just can't cope. Maybe some ceiling fans would help and instructions for using the TV. We'd stay again on a cooler weekend.

    This property was great for a mini holiday in Phillip Island! It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. It's close to lots of great attractions. It has a beautiful garden that my children loved running around in and Nana also enjoyed it too.

    A quiet place to stay over a long weekend and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner even had the heater on ready for us when we arrived. Perfect gated backyard for our dog to join our holiday as well as a nice 4km walk into main street cowes.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this property which is a little bit out from main Cowes but is comfortable, has nice beaches nearby and we found we didn't really want to go anywhere else. The garden is as lovely as the photos and it was nice not to have pressure to bring linen etc and just pay a cleaning fee. The dog really enjoyed it too! Nice on-leash beaches nearby and we could all swim together.
