Tranquil Home in Beautiful Setting

We had a fantastic stay. The place is perfect for our needs. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. They were even flexible with us when a snowstorm rolled in and we had to stay an extra night. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

CYHawk weekend with lots of TV viewing and grilling on deck: tailgating at the house! SUper comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Lots of room. HIghly recommend.

We had a great friends weekend for an Iowa State football game! The home was clean, and we appreciated the treats the host supplied! Would stay again! Everything we wanted was just a short Uber ride away, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet!

This was no doubt the best VRBO experience we have had. Host Gina provided an array of welcoming items including milk, juices, fruit, donuts and bathroom amenities! The residence met all our expectations and the communication with Gina was excellent. Nearby grocers and restaurants made it even better.10 out 10! Thanks for hosting our family.

Was not aware that there was a tenant living in the basement of the property- We did not see them but at night was loud til after midnight with TV noise. Noise was right above bedroom and made it hard to sleep. Because we travel with our four children it made me uncomfortable knowing there was a tenant and i was on alert more when my kids went outside. Hot tub is not able to fit six adults - maybe 3. There is no seating in the hot tub - see picture. Dirty pots/pans in cupboard. Overall clean and accommodating, nice neighborhood close to many amenities. Ames is a beautiful small city and nice place to visit.

We loved everything!! Don’t be like me though, read the listing don’t just look at the pictures. We were surprised to find there’s a tenant downstairs, separate unit. When I went back to read the listing it was in there. My bad! But it ended up being fine! Loved the coffee, breakfast items, so thoughtful and the home was everything we needed! Thank you!

Fantastic space for entertainment! Immacculate. Well-stocked kitchen with good amenities. Used this space for a no-host Holiday, and it worked perfectly, allowing family members from out of state a homey place to stay, without pressuring the Ames residents to host at their house. Easy access to restaurants, groceries, gas, and shopping. 10/10 would recommend!

Traveled from Kansas for the KSU v ISU football game. It was a fantastic place to stay while up for the weekend. We tailgated in the warmth of the house instead of the freezing temperatures. Everything we could need to help out was there! They have thought of everything. Fantastic home and host. We would stay again if in Ames.

Comfortable and convenient location for our family’s needs. It was lovely having a sound machine in every room, and the host thoughtfully provided welcome fruit and snacks.
