Tranquil Goleta 3/2 Home, Pool & Spa, WIFI, near Beaches, Golf, UCSB, Fun/Relax!

We had an amazing stay at the property in Goleta. Very clean, very organized, kitchen is fully stocked with any dish or cooking appliance you could ask for. The girls loved the pool and us moms loved the hot tub. Excellent location and even though there’s not air-conditioning, we were completely comfortable in the home and sleeping at night. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was perfect! We were in town for our niece’s wedding and the host allowed us to check in early. We had wedding events all week and we were located in the perfect spot! The house was clean and beautiful. And the pool was heavenly to relax in after all the days events! It is worth every penny! Thank you again, Cyndi Walker

Everything was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary to entertain. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I have only great things to say and will definitely book for next year!

We rented this house in Goleta close to UCSB. This was move-in weekend for our freshman daughter. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub in the early morning with a cup of coffee. Beds were very comfortable. The house was 7 to 8 minutes to the college to drop our kiddo off. Stayed in town a few days to get her settled. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the home. Enjoyed the pool. Everyting was perfect except the pool is not for elderly as there is no railing to get into the pool.

My family (husband, daughter (15), son (13), son (2), and my mother came to visit my son who goes to college in Santa Barbara for his 21st birthday. The home was perfect for us! Very cozy and inviting and the backyard/pool were wonderful! Susie was great to work with. I highly recommend her home! When the day of checkout came I didn’t want to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication with Susie was excellent and many useful amenities were provided (ie beach towels, Keurig). The only difficulty we had was that there was a slight smoke smell throughout the property, particularly in rooms with carpets. The property is described as non-smoking. One member of our party is very sensitive to scents, so this was a slight issue. Otherwise, the property was very comfortable, particularly the well-equipped kitchen and lovely pool.

Location is great - central to anything you might want to do near UCSB. Pool/Spa were better than the pictures. Beds were very comfortable. Game collection was crazy. We had a great time. Communication was great.

We came with an extended family group of 6 people for UCSB graduation. When at the house we spent almost all our time outdoors at the generous table under the lovely vine-covered terrace, on the lounge chairs, or in the pool or jacuzzi! Umbrellas for shade and plenty of pool towels added to the convenience. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and serving food and we enjoyed poolside breakfasts all weekend. The family appreciated blackout blinds to help with sleep on a full and exhausting weekend. The location is in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from UCSB. Susie was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We did unplug some scent atomizers due to a few of us being sensitive, people very sensitive to scents might want to simply request they are unplugged before arrival. We would stay again.

To many personal items in the house. House was older than what we expected. Pool was too cold to be used, not heated. TV instructions were good but reception sketchy. Bedroom, Fire TV much better than Roku in Living room. Well stocked with necessities.

Great villa with everything we needed! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Super convenient location!
